On a beaucoup apprécié notre logement avec vue sur le musée d’histoire naturelle.
L’appartement était propre et décoré avec classe.
On y reviendra avec plaisir

This property needs some help, a few amenities were non-compliant, parts of the kitchen were not secure and very skimpy. There were sheets and towels all over the hallway. And we were skeptical about the cleanliness of the apartment.

Property needs some update

I have traveled quite a bit globally and this was without a doubt the worst stay that I've ever had. We booked a 4 bedroom with 3 queen beds and 1 single bed for our stay. The 1 single bed was actually a cot with sheets and not what was shown in the pictures. When we brought this up, it wasn't fixed.
It was obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned before our arrival because the dinner table and kitchen counters had dirt and dust all over them.

The heaters weren't working in three of the four rooms in the apartment. This was finally fixed after a couple of days.

The microwave didn't work so they had to bring a replacement.

The worst of all were the showers. It four days before they fixed our showers correctly after having to suffer with freezing cold and scolding hot water in the showers. They came out the first two times to fix them and it wasn't corrected. Then they changed the water pump, still didn't work. Finally on the fourth day they changed the thermo and it finally worked.
Communication sucked, the owner and the property manager weren't helpful. The owner even told us if it was him he would checkout and stay somewhere else.
But they still refused to give us a refund.
I could not say all that I want on this review because of the character limit but I would stay far away from this place.
It is a scam and ripoff.

Lovely apartment conveniently located within walking distance of two tube stations. The apartment was well appointed and extremely comfortable.

便利な路線が通っている駅も近く快適でした。
周辺の治安も良く、自然史博物館をはじめとした周辺施設も充実していました。
ヘアドライヤーがなかったので、持参する必要あり。

とても四つ星だとは思えませんでした。
もう2度と泊まりたくないです。
このホテルに宿泊を検討している方は、別のホテルを探すことをオススメします。

【宿泊施設】
キングベッド2つにシングルベッド2つの部屋を予約しましたが、シングルベッドのうちの１つはエキストラベッドでした。であればそれをホテル説明に書いてほしかったです。
また、シーツやマットレスは毛玉だらけで、浴室はカビ臭く、洗濯機はカビだらけで、キッチンの蛇口は壊れてグラグラしていました。床板や巾木は外れていて、カーテンレールも壊れていてカーテンを開けることができない窓がいくつかありました。備え付けの暖房が壊れている部屋もありました。
用意されている食器も汚く、使う前に全て漂白するところから始めました。2バスルームなのにドライヤーも1つかなく、全てが必要最低限でした。
セルフチェックインで部屋の前に設置されているダイアルボックスに鍵が入っており、直前にオーナーからダイアルボックスの番号が教えられるのですが、番号は固定で都度変更はしておらず、防犯レベルが低いと感じました。私がチェッカインした時は、ダイアルボックスの数字がそのままになっており、ボタンを押せば開くようになっていました。
壁は薄く、他の部屋の声は音はよく聞こえます。
共用の階段の踊り場には常にタオルやシーツなどの洗濯物が山のように放置されていてとても邪魔でした。


【コミュニケーション】
エクスペディアに記載されているホテルの電話番号はいついかなる時も絶対に繋がりません。
メッセージの返信も遅いです。
また、緊急時のホテルの対応はとても不親切です。
私たちは6人で3ベッドルームの部屋を予約しましたが、ホテル側のミスで2ベッドルームの部屋に案内されました。
部屋が間違っていると電話とメッセージを送ったのですが返答は無く、しかたなく2ベッドルームの部屋に6人で宿泊することになりました。
翌日、突然清掃の女性が部屋に来て、この部屋は次の客が来るので今すぐ部屋を出ろと言われました。
新しく案内された部屋のダイアルボックスの番号やWi-Fiのパスワードは教えてもらえず、全て自分たちで対応しなければなりませんでした。
私は今までこんなも不親切でこんなにも粗悪なホテルに宿泊したことがないなと思っています。

Excellent location, close to restaurants, 2 underground stations, buses, museums and a lot more. Easy to find and access apartment. Apartment is very spacious and nice

Dejlig lejlighed med en fantastisk lokation

Was advised as we arrived at Heathrow that the Apartments had been flooded.With a few minutes notice we had to find alternate accommodation for the same week as the Chelsea flower Show.The apartments then advised Hotels.com we failed to arrive and attempted to keep our payment for 7 nights!
Thank goodness for the Fraud team at Hotels.com/Expedia for sorting out our refund

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Building and apartment needs upkeep. The unit does not have AC, only one bed is King and the other is Queen.

Excellent accommodations and location!

Location is perfect with lots of shops, restaurants, museums and a nearby underground stop. The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Communiation with the host was great. A small binder or notebook containing instructions on how to use the washer/dryer combo, the dishwasher and how to adjust the heat would have been nice as they were not intuitive. There unfortunately was not mirror in the master bathroom but there were others in the apartment. We had a very comfortable stay and would book again on our next trip to London.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief super. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
