Pros:

Not happy when walked in the property wasn’t as per pictures

Everything filthy treated worse than an animal no one came to put it right offered me a room in other place expecting 70 year old disabled person to travel at 11:15 pm , well I have asked them to call me but no joy , please avoid

Cons:

It was dark and on a very busy main road. The fridge was dirty. The toilet/shower space was tiny and the overall proportions of the property were cramped. It wasn't very inviting and didn't feel safe. The front door was boarded up/not very well maintained. We ended up not staying overnight.

Great for value. Reliable quick and last minute stay. Would love to book for longer next time
Pros:

The property was very clean, room was great overall. Had a lovely fully equipped kitchen/dining space which was useful great location right next door to a takeaway and petrol station and Tesco. Beach literally across the street. TVs had everything on from YouTube, Netflix, itv etc. WiFi all throughout too. Coffee, kettle and mugs in the room too. Lovely shower and also provides towels.

Cons:

Only problems I had with the property was asking for accessible room and got given the 5th room which was up 3 steep flights of stairs. Whilst having to carry a one year old and my luggage it was a big struggle. Would recommend and stay again. Also you get sent a code on arrival and you collect your key yourself. I didn't know this when booking and my phone had died when I got to the property so was confused for a while but managed to charge my phone in the petrol station and was able to resolve it. I rang the owners and they were very helpful and gave me instructions on how to get my room key

Pros:

Absolutely fuming that we were cancelled at the very last minute. I had business to attend in Liverpool, leaving me totally stranded, without any alternative where to stay. I don’t believe for a minute that there was anything wrong with the property. We knew that there was a famous artist playing at the stadium, so I’m sure they were offered more money for the night. Up to now I haven’t had my full refund
