Fantastic location and facilities
Pros:

The Pullman Singapore is in a fantastic location. It was very easy to walk or use public transportation (bus and train). The staff were friendly, professional and made my stay very comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and bar and the fact there are two pools to choose from.

Cons:

Triple check your booking.com details at the time of check in as one reception staff member told me I didn't have breakfast included but it was part of my booking.

Das Hotel würde ich weiterempfälen.
Pros:

Die Lage super! Freundliches Personal. Auch das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Cons:

Etwas zu wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Sogar für eine Woche.
Eine Bemerkung: Mehr Werbung über örtliche Medien. Zwei mal haben die Taxifahrer das Hotel auf der Hill Street mit anderen Pullman Hotel verwechselt.

Seems my mistake was expecting the same experience I had at MBS, Ritz-Carlton, and Mandarin Oriental
Pros:

It is conveniently located near tourist attractions such as Marina Bay and Clarke Quay. The rooftop pool with a view of the MBS nightscape was great.

Cons:

Based on my experience staying at many hotels in Singapore, this hotel is rated 5-star, but it's the first time I've seen a hotel with rooms that are too small compared to others and doesn't provide welcome water. It was inconvenient having to go to the convenience store 300 meters away every time to buy water. I'm not satisfied with the hotel's service and quality for the price. Family members noted that unlike other staff, the female staff member who seemed like a manager responded somewhat arrogantly, which was an experience they hadn't encountered at other hotels. It seems like this might be because the hotel hasn't been open very long.

Ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage um die Stadt kennen zu lernen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, freundliches Personal, gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück (wenn man in den letzten Jahren 4 mal in diesem Hotel war merkt man zwar, dass das Frühstücksangebot etwas zurückgefahren wurde), ist aber immer noch ausreichend, positiv ist der Zugang zur Lounge, ein angenehmer Ort um etwas zu trinken und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen,

Pros:

Kimberley in the exec lounge was so nice she deserves special mention as we're most staff.

Cons:

Totally uncomfortable seating arrangement in rooms as only 1 real heavy to move seat and very little space to watch tv. Small bathroom also very little drawer space to unpack properly.

Location was perfect and we really enjoyed using all of the facilities
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent - great choice of food and all of excellent quality.
We used all of the facilities - gym / swimming pools / Executive Lounge / Roof Top Bar and all were well maintained with very attentive staff.
Particular shout out to the front of house team on Ground Floor (sorting taxis out etc) who could not have been more helpful.
