Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
I especially appreciated the housekeeping manager, who took the time to ask for feedback about my stay and genuinely cared about improving the guest experience.
The location is also excellent. Close to public transport and shopping, making it a great choice for first-time visitors to Singapore.
While the hotel itself was comfortable, I was disappointed with the F&B service, especially considering this is a five-star Pullman property.
During my first breakfast, I had trouble using the coffee machine. Another guest also tried to help me but couldn’t figure it out either. I asked a waiter if he could assist me, and his response was, “I’ll show you just once,” delivered in a dismissive tone. As it was my very first time using the machine, I found this comment unnecessary and unwelcoming. In hospitality, guests should feel comfortable asking for assistance, especially when using unfamiliar equipment for the first time.
Another disappointing experience happened one evening. I arrived at the rooftop bar at around 11:10 p.m., shortly after it had closed at 11:00 p.m. I completely understood that the bar was no longer serving. I politely asked whether it would still be possible to buy a bottle of beer to take to my room. The answer was simply, “The bar is closed.” While I respected the closing hours, I would have expected a more service-oriented response, such as suggesting room service or another option if drinks were available elsewhere in the hotel. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive.
Neither of these situations was a major issue on its own, but together they left me with the impression that the service lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and proactive approach I expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, because of the F&B experience, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
Very clean, modern hotel with surprisingly spacious rooms for Singapore. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the privacy curtains worked well, and room service was good. We had a very comfortable stay overall.
Nothing in particular. It was a great stay overall.
The beds are very comfortable. There are Nespresso coffee pods for me morning coffee in the room, also a variety of teas. A lovely view and lovely pools - especially the view from the rooftop terrace pool.
The reception lady on the first day was unfriendly, which made me worry about the choice of hotel initially, but subsequent staff were very nice and helpful.
Location was only a 5 minute walk to a train station and staff were incredibly friendly. Access to the executive lounge was amazing and a great roof top pool with a view!
We enjoyed everything about our stay.
I really enjoyed the hotel — the location is perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly. Having lounge access made our 5‑day stay even better. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Singapore, but this one truly stands out. It feels less like a big hotel and more like a calm oasis in the centre of the city. I can only recommend it.
Tout était exceptionnel.
Grande chambre, 2 piscines chauffées, lit confortable.
Localisation top pour découvrir Singapour en Grab et à pied.
Je recommande fortement.

Die zentrale Lage
Very central to food options and tourist attractions, close to MRT (5 min walk), Raffles hotel (5 min walk). Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities, all staff very kind and helpful! Will return!
Nothing not to like!
Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Anschluss des ÖPNV zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
The pool area was very good. The breakfast was satisfying. The room was good and quiet. The location for us was excellent, as it was round the corner from the meeting venue and nearby lots of shopping. The pressing service was especially appreciated.
The room was a bit on the small side, and there wasn't a desk to work at. The toilet seat is as cheap as can be. One of the towel rails is hung on the wrong side. There is little space to dry either towels or clothes, so more hanging space would have been helpful.
