Location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious - good quality spread. Staff was very courteous.
Nothing I did not like about the property.
Tutto ok
Staff especially Khai was very helpful n informative during the check in
Signage on location of rooms
Great location
Lighting was poor. A couple of brighter lights would be good
The property was first class, staff were excellent, breakfast was lovely, location was perfect, rooms were 10/10 and facilities great
Very clean and good facility - the room was very well prepared, we had some small issues on shower but it was fixed immediately.
2 pool options which children were very happy.
Breakfast had quite a variety of options, with good quality.
We were generally happy but if I must mention: not happy to find that I had been informed at the restaurant in the morning that breakfast for children is separately charged. It’s okay to pay, just the timing was so late and we didn’t have any option. Elevator had always a long queue. Coffee machine was too complicated and needed to fix so many times.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
I especially appreciated the housekeeping manager, who took the time to ask for feedback about my stay and genuinely cared about improving the guest experience.
The location is also excellent. Close to public transport and shopping, making it a great choice for first-time visitors to Singapore.
While the hotel itself was comfortable, I was disappointed with the F&B service, especially considering this is a five-star Pullman property.
During my first breakfast, I had trouble using the coffee machine. Another guest also tried to help me but couldn’t figure it out either. I asked a waiter if he could assist me, and his response was, “I’ll show you just once,” delivered in a dismissive tone. As it was my very first time using the machine, I found this comment unnecessary and unwelcoming. In hospitality, guests should feel comfortable asking for assistance, especially when using unfamiliar equipment for the first time.
Another disappointing experience happened one evening. I arrived at the rooftop bar at around 11:10 p.m., shortly after it had closed at 11:00 p.m. I completely understood that the bar was no longer serving. I politely asked whether it would still be possible to buy a bottle of beer to take to my room. The answer was simply, “The bar is closed.” While I respected the closing hours, I would have expected a more service-oriented response, such as suggesting room service or another option if drinks were available elsewhere in the hotel. Instead, the interaction felt dismissive.
Neither of these situations was a major issue on its own, but together they left me with the impression that the service lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and proactive approach I expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, because of the F&B experience, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.
