Big room with a huge kitchen in a big house in a quiet neighborhood.
My check-in time request was denied (which i made acidentally and it was the same as is was provided on among the data of the property) and i didn't get a new time window, nor was the host available. Not in booking.com message, not even on the phone, nor in e-mail.
On the address provided among the data was a house on sale. After 2 hours into the check-in time frame I received an other address. I was so scared for hours that I lost not just my accommodation for the weekend but my money too.
What the point of renting it out if there is no one there to open the door and check in

Was sent last minute to a totally different and dirty address to what I actually booked, where lights didn't work, bed was a pull down sofa held up with bits of wood under dirty thin mattress with hairs on the covers, wifi didn't work and only a couple of small roof spot lights worked. Bits of glass on the floor which clearly hadn't been cleaned. Bathroom was dirty, blinds in bathroom were too big for the frame so left anyone outside able to see in all the time, bathroom was dirty too. Read my whatsapp messages and didn't respond even though Booking.com also messaged them. Had to sleep on the normal sofa which had stains all over it. Whole place was covered in dirt. Disgusting and not what was on the advert. Still trying to get money back. BEWARE!!!

I really don't know how people are so lily's ben booked for double rooms and ben given single + room was no heating and bad was so dorty I'm so upset no comments .
Room was in separate building. Was clean. Had a TV. Bed was comfortable.
There was no bathroom or toilet and no kitchen so had to go to main house. The back door to the house remained open during the night. It rained that night.
I was given an address and arrived there and at the time of arrival l received an email giving a different address. I had to walk a distance. Nothing was mentioned in the advert about a different address.
