Hotel Mi Rochor

We were not allowed to use the pool for 2 hours after check out before our transfer.

Rooms very small building work going on below (I know it’s Singapore so hard not to have this)

Also die 15m² Sind einfach viel zu klein für 2 Personen mit 2 Reisekoffer. Für Backpacker ok.. aber für uns als Paar die danach noch 2 wochen weiteren Urlaub vor sich hatten... viel zu klein. Wir wussten garnicht wohin mit uns im Zimmer

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was a rather disappointing experience from a supposedly four star hotel. I would say everything was fine in terms of the room and the facilities, but serious improvement is required when it comes to the service. I had ordered a small parcel to the hotel before we arrived and also sent an email informing them about it. No one bothered to reply to that email (and probably not even to check it) as the staff seemed surprised when I mentioned this at the reception. Needless to say, the parcel was not picked up by the hotel despite several delivery attempts according to the postal tracking. I was not offered any sort of apology or clear explanation. Instead, I was simply advised to go to the post office to check if they still had my item (although it had already been sent back to the original sender). I have never had any issues before ordering things to hotels or even hostels for that matter, so this was quite an unexpectedly bad experience compared to what could have otherwise been a rather pleasant stay.

Expensive for the size/amenities, but that’s all of Singapore

Die Auswahl auf dem Bufett war nicht sehr groß und es war kaum gewürzt. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein. In dem Dreibettzimmer hatte man sehr wenig Platz. Das Gepäck haben wir unter das Bett getan, damit man nicht darüber stolpert.
