Pros:

Basic hotel service even not provided. Service staffs not willing to speak other than English. Room was not clean.

Pros:

The hotel keeps having electricity shutdown and we had to stay in the hot summer without AC.. none of the employee understand English nor speaks Arabic.

Pros:

Service was very bad. I ordered twice for food after that only they make the food for me. First order the forget to cook food.. So i get the food after 2 hours. Also the food is not cooked well. So we eat a little only. Also evening 6pm to 7pm and morning 6am to 7 am there is no current supply..... Now here in oman its summer season so its very difficult to stay inside room without AC. So total 2 hours we stay in that room without AC

Noise levels throughout the evening and at nighttime were completely unacceptable and unexpected.

Pros:

The staff tried hard and took pride in what they did but otherwise it was a disaster. No record of the booking, and said they don't use Expedia anyway. I was the only person in the dining room and it took 50 minutes before any food arrived, and my first 2 choices weren't available. Cigarette burns, stains on carpet, broken toilet seat. Swimming pool empty. Bitten badly by mosquitoes. Had to get up at 6am to leave for the ferry, and no water or lights - they didn't tell me the generator goes off. Very little English spoken.
