Pros:

Great People and Location
Pros:

I would like to thank Ms. Fatima and Ms. Sara. Honestly, I liked the location, cleanness, and facilities.

Cons:

The door and sound proof is very weak there, I advise them to find a solution for the door sound proof so that will make the room a bit quieter rather than the current situation.

Pros:

The location , Cleanliness
Staff especially Waiters at Breakfast, they were kind and in specific Jackline whom my son liked most,

Cons:

Reception, they were good , but the Luggage service wasn’t not to the spec , they have a room to improve

We called the reception and waited for trolley more than 30 minutes almost, and then decided I take the luggage myself
