L’immeuble est beau, plutôt au calme, central
L’aménagement intérieur n’est pas terrible, tout est assez bas de gamme. La cuisine est dans la chambre et peu équipée. Ménage à revoir. Attention il apparaît dans les hôtels mais il n’y a pas de service hôtelier. Ce sont des appartements
Loved the help we received from the staff in person and on-line. Loved the way our rooms were created out of a floor of an ancient tower without losing its flavor yet modernizing to all you would want or need. The kitchen had everything even an oven, lovely dishes etc all of good quality. The bathroom, all marble...a work of art. Loved the view of the piazza below. And there is an excellent restaurant nearby.

I didn’t like the property cause I faced with difficult situation and no one helped me.
We were forced to leave the property because the heating stopped working. All heaters were blowing cold air, even when set to heating mode. The heating system had been working on previous days of our stay, but on this day it completely stopped functioning.
Additionally:
• the radiator was cold, although it had been hot on previous days;
• there was no hot water, which had also been available before.
The elevator didn’t work and we had to carry our heavy baggage by our self.
We informed the property manager as soon as we were able to return to the apartment and discover the issue. Unfortunately, no solution, repair, or alternative accommodation was offered.
Given the winter temperatures and the fact that the apartment was getting colder, it was not possible for us to stay overnight. As a result, we were forced to leave late at night with a large number of suitcases, despite having an early flight the next morning. This caused significant discomfort, stress, and additional unexpected expenses.
We are very disappointed by this situation, as we did not expect such conditions from this property. The lack of heating and hot water represents a failure to provide basic living conditions.
We asked manager to help as and send repairmen team but the manager did nothing and next day told us that we had thought of everything and it wasn't cold enough in the apartment to move in. We were shocked and it was an unpleasant experience.

Perfect location spacious and clean

L'appartamento era pulitissimo, confortevole e con una veduta fantastica. Letto molto comodi. E poi impagabile la posizione che ci ha permesso di visitare a piedi tanti luoghi senza stancarci troppo.
L'ascensore in verità è un montacarichi in vetro. Se si soffre di vertigini non è l'ideale
La struttura è centralissima e ristrutturata con gusto. La camera bellissima, i soffitti a cassettoni e gli affreschi sono sapientemente combinati con una arredamento moderno. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che non si possono lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out mancando una reception fissa. Non è comunque stato un problema perchè c'è un negozio per il deposito bagagli a pochi metri.
The room was modern within a traditional building. It was just a street away from the Pantheon. It was in a great location for the nightlife in a number of Piazzas, nearby. We really enjoyed the vibe of the area.
We booked this property believing that it was a hotel (as this was the selection that we had made on booking.com). It was not a hotel, but a building of apartments.
Our only issue with the property was that we could not control the temperature of the shower. It was either too cold for my daughter, or scalding hot for both me and my husband.
