The location is perfect and the apartment was fantastic - it looked better then on the web. The view was stunning - just accross the river and Ponte Vecchio.
There should be a more detailed explanation about the checking on the first day.
Vue panoramique, confort des fauteuils et lit, propreté impec, design des espaces (spacieux) qualité literie, serviettes, beauté et design des salles de bains, bouteille de vin de qualité en arrivant, bouteille d’eau, café, cafetière, biscottes, confiture fournis, wow pour un premier matin. Instructions claires pour entrée et cartes d’accès. Ascenseur (quand les clients en referment bien les portes). Casiers verrouillables dans la salle de lavage pour ranger les valises le jour du départ.
Il manque des instructions dans l’appartement pour le fonctionnement du four et de la plaque de cuisson, de l’emplacement et fonctionnement de la salle de lavage. Le bidet était bouché depuis l’arrivée donc inutilisable. Aucun contact humain lors de l’accueil, aucune réponse à des demandes par courriel ou textos. L’impression d’être « jetés » dès la fin du séjour. Difficultés pour récupérer valises dans la salle de lavage le jour du départ - on avait pas trouvé personne pour s’informer et pas de réponses à nos courriels et textos. On comprend que vous êtes excédés par les demandes des touristes mais ce n’est pas une raison pour manquer de courtoisie avec vos clients - la personne qui a répondu à notre coup de sonnette nous a presque traités d’imbéciles pour avoir laissé nos bagages dans l’espace prévu…merci! Oh, et peut-être réviser votre partenariat avec « Pâtisserie Madeleine » où un monsieur désagréable voulait me facturer plus que ce qui était affiché comme tarifs pour garder les valises. Ça ne donne pas l’envie d’y laisser quoique ce soit même si c’est du linge sale. Et aucune instruction dans l’appartement pour le jour du départ, contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans le courriel de départ. Pourquoi ne pas ajouter des sacs supplémentaires pour les déchets? Une fois la poubelle vidée une fois, on se retrouve sans sac…et on a pas envie d’acheter et d’y transporter un paquet de 50 sacs (à partir du supermarché, c’est lourd). Bref, un espace exceptionnel et magnifique où on hésite à retourner ou à recommander à des amis en raison d’un petit manque de courtoisie et de service surtout choquant compte tenu qu’il s’agit d’un espace « de luxe ». Une touche humaine aurait rendu cette expérience parfaite. Nous séjournons une fois par an à Firenze et votre emplacement est superbe mais tel que mentionné, un peu de courtoisie et d’humanité seraient appréciés.

The 3-bedroom apartment was very luxurious, clean, with 4 toilets, separate dining room and cooking area.
It’s was located in a very central area, easy to walk to attractions. Our room could see the Uffizi gallery from across the Arno River. The apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio.
The thing that bothers me most is the noise. we could hear all the cars/motors, people talking on the street, garbage collection esp. at 515 am, etc. The room isn’t noise-proof. The workers in restaurants park their motors on the street and when they come off from work, they talk so loud and laugh so hard when they share their stories with each other. It could be at 10pm or midnight or 2am.
Also, it would’ve been great to have the laundry facilities inside the apartment to truly say it’s luxurious because of convenience. There was an available shared laundry area in the building, though, but one would have to keep on checking the machines.
We loved the apartment, however, the people staying on the room facing the street didn’t get enough rest due to interrupted sleep.
We absolutely loved our stay here; it was magnificent. From the prompt, consistent communication with the property to the amenities, location and layout of the apartment, we recommend this place a million times over. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment right on the river and so close to Ponte Vecchio; all main attractions within easy walking distance. Access to supermarket approx 100m away and lots of choice with restaurants and gelato. We loved our stay here!
Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zu fußläufig erreichbar...auch ist die Wohnung schön und hochwertig, es war sonst alles vorhanden z.B in der Küche Kaffee und sogar Wein und Wasser.
Leider war eine Toilette der 3 Bäder verstopft und es war niemand zu erreichen der sich darum kümmert. Auch die App die man extra für die Buchung braucht ist etwas kompliziert.
Perfectly located on the Arno River right next to Ponte Vecchio. Everything we needed to visit was within no more than 15 minute walk. Great walkable access to fantastic dining options, and has a grocery store right next door. The Madeline coffee shop downstairs on the corner is the perfect way to start your day! Highly recommend!

I’m writing to share our experience with checking into the apartment, which unfortunately was frustrating and poorly communicated.
Upon arrival, there was no clear guidance on how to use the mobile key for both the exterior entrance and the apartment door. It took us nearly 30 minutes to figure it out, which is not acceptable — especially when you're working with international guests who may face language barriers.
We attempted to call your customer support line, but the call dropped twice before we were finally able to speak with someone. For a property that charges $3,600, there should be readily available assistance upon arrival, especially for something as essential as gaining entry.
Additionally, there was no clear instruction on how to operate the washer and dryer. Another tenant in the building also expressed the same confusion. This issue could be easily resolved by providing a simple video tutorial for both the mobile key system and the appliances.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
