In summer it should be perfect place
Pros:

Great location, perfect views, cozy stylish interior

Cons:

The rooms are not maintained properly: shower doors need to be fixed, empty shower bottle, not fixed some parts of furniture, no filters for filter coffee machine etc.
Consider it as seasonal place in terms of maintenance.
Not perfect self check-in, still needed to go to the reception

Tutti dettagli di alto livello. Appartamento pulito e bel bagno grande! Letto kingsize. Personale super gentile. Ci torneremo
