The apartment is nice, 5 star
The service is disgusting, “don’t call us, we will call you” style. What a disgrace!
Checkin AND checkout are a functional nightmare - nobody around to even answer a call.

Åpent, rent, god seng. Trygt. Ekstremt god beliggenhet.

Cons:

Ikke aircondition, så varmt. Trikkene går non stop utenfor (leilighet ligger i et kryss), så vanskelig å ha vinduet åpent om natten.

Very disappointing apartment.i wouldn’t recommend it our friends or family.
Pros:

The location was relatively close to the centre of Milan.

Cons:

Broken AC meant we were moved from this apartment to another apartment. The 2nd apartment had little to no internet for 24hrs & a small hot water unit which meant we couldn’t have consecutive showers.

Pros:

The location of the replacement apartment was ok. Airconditioning worked fine.

Cons:

The actual apartment ended up not available as the air conditioning wasn't working. A replacement apartment was provided though clearly in need of repair work (which was being done before we were provide it). Having the apartment owner send engineers first morning unannounced to inspect the apartment was not professional. Would not use this property manager again to book in Milan

Pros:

Large, bright apartment in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything and on the same street as 3 good tram routes.

Cons:

The WiFi was pretty poor. The instructions to get into apartment could be clearer. Apparently we should receive a code for main street gate by email on arrival. it never came. Lucky the street door was open when we arrived at 3.

Location, balcony, comfortable beds. Close to train station, activities and bakeries. Allowed us to store our luggage after check out time. Very accommodating.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Great location, beautiful and comforatble appartment, fully renovated and very clean.
The baggage storage option was also very convenient and the staff was fully responsive.

Cons:

I had confirmed a late checkout, but the cleaning staff was not aware, and tried to enter the property a few times before the agreed time.

I highly appreciated the late checkout option - this is why I booked this property - but I would suggest an alignment next time :)

Excellent location, very spacious, very clean, lots of closet space.

Cons:

It would be helpful to provide laundry detergent and more than one dishwasher pod, especially for those staying less than 2 weeks.
