The hotel is really nice and you immediately feel zen when you are there. The staff and especially the reception staff were amazing and went above and beyond! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dakar. It is the best hotel in Dakar for sure

The staff at Hotel Boma were welcoming and so helpful. I traveled solo and they made sure I had everything I needed, gave me the lay of the land and ensured my safety and comfort at all times. I will definitely stay there again.

Loved this hotel, probably the nicest hotel in Dakar. It's modern yet has a beautiful relaxed vibe and atmosphere to it. The location is perfect, close to nice restaurants/bars but also within good proximity to other attractions like Ile de Ngor, the African Renaissance Monument and town. I much preferred being located here and visiting neighbouring Almadies. Staff were kind and helpful and nothing was too much for them. Their restaurant also serves delicious food.

Wonderful staff. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay which was made even better by the wonderful Therese and the amazing David and Kadjali.
Looking forward to my next trip.

The hotel had a ton of tiny red ants & tiny black spiders everywhere. Before you say this is an African hotel, my friend stayed in the same hotel with me and her room was ant free.

Hotel Boma was perfect for my short stay in Dakar as a solo traveler. Warm and inviting ambience and hospitable staff.

I loved my stay at Hotel Boma. The staff is very helpful and introduced me to the best private tour guide. They have excellent food and activities to do at the hotel. The boutique at the hotel has beautiful clothes. Highlight of my trip was how safe and comfortable I felt at the hotel since I was traveling alone.

The property is in a central area, walkable and near to restaurants, pastry shops and fruit stall.
The staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
The room was clean snd fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently spent six nights at the Boma Lifestyle Hotel in Dakar as a solo female traveler, and my experience was outstanding. The attention to detail in the rooms, the excellence of service, and the warm, home-like atmosphere rivaled those of 5-star hotels. The staff treated me so well that it felt like I was among family. The rooms were immaculate, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job.

The food was consistently excellent, a solid 10/10—I didn’t dislike a single meal. The hotel is very safe, with great attention to detail throughout. It’s conveniently located near many attractions, in an area undergoing development.

I loved my bungalow; it truly felt like home, and the staff felt like friends. Special thanks to Dieydi, Dee, Fatima, Solomon, and all the amazing staff! There were nights when they went out of their way to ensure I got a taxi safely and returned to the hotel without any issues. They also made sure I was comfortable at the BOMA Club, always showering me with compliments.

The food is incredible—my compliments to the chef! I highly recommend trying their brunch, Thieboudienne, and Yassa Poulet if you visit. Their desserts are also fantastic.

This was a fabulous stay in Dakar. The room was amazing and so was the pool/restaurant/terrace. There is a DJ on the weeks and it’s definitely a vibe.

The bungalow was lovely. Lots of products from local artisans that were complimentary. The only issue is that we requested 2 separate beds and upon arrival were told it was not possible. We had to ask several times before another small bed was brought into the room. The other issue is that the wifi didn’t work.

Small and quiet boutique hotel. Great staff and a nice break from the madness.

The only negative i has was spotty internet, which was quite irritating.

The staff was superb regarding arranging my pickup from and to hotel and airport. Checking in and out was quick and flawless. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptional.
