Cons:

Very poor breakfast ….. suggest in off season if you can’t do a proper breakfast then don’t offer and charge for one .

Pros:

We booked by recommendation, without checking the hotel at all. And a surprise :) Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, clean, beds comfortable, everything is fantastic. The staff, including already mentioned receptionist Zikret, as well as the others, are very friendly and very helpful. I had a problem, related to the city, not the hotel, which they overheard in my conversation and then did not want to give up on helping me. They called, checked, offered to drive me there, did everything they could to help me. Thank you very much for everything, we will come again, and anyone who needs a hotel in this area - book Big@ :)
