The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The restaurant is very clean, the food is excellent, and the breakfast offers plenty of choice. Access to the gym and pool is a big plus. However, the website should include a booking link for massages or clearly mention that advance reservations are required.

Cons:

Two girls on a balcony in a nearby building were watching the guests and commenting loudly, so there was no sense of privacy—especially since they were holding mobile phones.

Pros:

Sjajan hotel. Vrlo prostrane sobe,uredan i cist prostor. Ponuda hrane za dorucak i veceru solidan,kao i u gastro pabu.Lokacija hotela je super,na samoj ski stazi i blizu setnica.Spa je jako lijep sa dobrom ponudom masaza. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno.

Cons:

Ne mogu reci da mi se nije svidjelo ali bilo bi dobro da unutar hotela postoji igraonica za djecu.

Pros:

I would specially like to highlight the interior design and connection to local tradition with a modern twist. Friendliness of staff at the reception and wellness remains in my memory.

Cons:

There were at our balcony many cigarettes on the ground left by previous guests. I do not find it nice to sit outside or enjoy the stay in such environment.
At breakfast at 10.05h staff has told us that we “broke the rule” by staying 5 Mins longer in an empty restaurant and that we should leave. I see no logic in that (we were not eating but sitting and talking, and the restaurant was completely empty). For a 4-stars hotel I find it strange as well as their approach to us, which was slightly aggressive.

Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend

Das Personal im Restaurant war leider nicht gut.Es gab Augenrollen und man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeitenden keine Lust hatten zu Arbeiten.Als wir um 19.30 Uhr im Restaurant ankamen, war das Licht aus genauso auch in der Lobby es war nicht möglich etwas zu bestellen, sehr enttäuschend. Ausserdem wäre es wichtig gewesen uns vorher zu informieren, dass der Skilift schon um 13:00 Uhr schliesst. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich erschwert.
Das Schwimmbad war ebenfalls sehr kalt , sodass mann es nicht nutzen konnte.

Pros:

Really good hotel for relaxing trips, with good spa/sauna content with magnificient view on ski track, and rooms are really quiet. Also has direct ski track exit. Many meal options, and interesting architecture of hotel ☺️
