Aanrader behalve als je met de auto komt, houdt rekening met beperkte parkeergelegenheid!

Cons:

De check-in bij het hotel begon helaas met een valse start. Ondanks mijn gereserveerde parkeerplaats bleek de parkeergarage veel te krap; twee auto’s naast elkaar parkeren was vrijwel onmogelijk.

De eerste medewerker dacht helaas niet mee en gaf aan dat er geen alternatief was. Bij de receptie werd mijn klacht gelukkig wel serieus genomen. Er werd direct een oplossing geboden en ik mocht mijn auto voor de ingang van het hotel parkeren. Dat noem ik pas service! Daarvoor heb ik de receptionist uiteraard hartelijk bedankt.

SPA odjelu nedostaje bolja higijena
Pros:

Divno iskustvo, lokacija, hrana, udobnost, ljubaznost osoblja.

Cons:

SPA odjel zahtijeva bolju higijenu. Bazen je bio prljav i hladan. I sve osim saune je bilo neupotrebljivo. Tako da smo se zadržali maksimalno 15 minuta.

Genieten in de Bosnische bergen
Pros:

De kamer met zicht op de bergen was top. Het eten in het restaurant was van hoge kwaliteit, zeer gevarieerd. De faciliteiten waren goed, zwembad, sauna's. De ligging is perfect voor wandelen en fietsen. En het oplaadpunt voor de auto is ook zeer welkom.

Cons:

Het restaurant is ongezellig. Het doet een beetje kantine-achtig aan, dat is jammer, want het eten is top. Iets meer aankleding zou de sfeer verbeteren, bestek op tafel, placemats. In de zomer staan er kerststukjes op tafel.
In de zomer is de lounge ruimte dicht. Je kan alleen terecht in de gastrobar. Op zich prima, maar de loungeruimte is gezelliger.
