Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend

Das Personal im Restaurant war leider nicht gut.Es gab Augenrollen und man hatte das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeitenden keine Lust hatten zu Arbeiten.Als wir um 19.30 Uhr im Restaurant ankamen, war das Licht aus genauso auch in der Lobby es war nicht möglich etwas zu bestellen, sehr enttäuschend. Ausserdem wäre es wichtig gewesen uns vorher zu informieren, dass der Skilift schon um 13:00 Uhr schliesst. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich erschwert.
Das Schwimmbad war ebenfalls sehr kalt , sodass mann es nicht nutzen konnte.

Pros:

Really good hotel for relaxing trips, with good spa/sauna content with magnificient view on ski track, and rooms are really quiet. Also has direct ski track exit. Many meal options, and interesting architecture of hotel ☺️

Ailelere öneriyorum, tekrar giderim
Pros:

Odaların ve banyonun geniş ve temiz olması. Lobi kısmı güzel, alakart restoranında menü çeşitliliği iyi ve yemekler lezzetliydi. Sabah kahvaltısı ve akşam yemeği bize hitap ediyor. Odalar her gün temizlenmiyor, sadece tuvalet kağıdı ve temiz havlu getiriyorlar. Kaldığımız süre boyunca 2 kez yataklar toplandı. Kapalı havuz ve spa alanının ısısı çok düşük am sauna güzeldi.

Cons:

Otelden yürüyerek kayak alanındaki kafelere vs gitmek çok zor. Otelin -4. Katından çıkıyorsunuz ama yol yok. Bu kısmın iyileştirilmesi gerekiyor. Otelde sadece kilitli dolap var, kayak odası bulunmuyor. Ekipman kiralama için kayak alanına yürümeniz gerekiyor. Sonrasında kayarak otele dönebilirsiniz ama kaymayanlar için gidişte dönüşte çok zor. Otelde tek beğenmediğim kısım bu oldu

Güzel kayak tatili istiyorsanız burası sizin için ideal.
Pros:

Kayak pist manzaralı odaları seçerseniz gerçekten çok güzel manzarası oluyor ve tüm pistleri direk görebiliyorsunuz. Lokasyon çok iyi, her ne kadar yürüyüş yolu biraz zorlu olsada en yakın ve en rahat bu otelden gidebiliyordunuz. Yemekler az ama öz çeşitti ve en önemlisi çok lezzetliydi. SPA bölümüde belli saatlerde keyifliydi. Personel tüm ihtiyaçlarımıza yardımcı oldular. Otelin etrafındaki pistler gerçekten çok başarılı ve keyifliydi.

Cons:

Kayak takım ve ekipmanlarla otele gelmek ve otelden çıkmak biraz zorlayıcı oluyor ama bunu otelle konuşmuştuk ve düzeltilmesi gereken alanları kendilerinin düzeltebileceklerinizi ama devlete ait olduğu için ellerinden birşey gelmediğini ilettiler. Okul tatil zamanlarında giderseniz eğer kayak pistinde yoğunluk yaşayabilirsiniz ve özellikle SPA alanına çocukların yoğun olduğu zamana denk gelmeyin inanılmaz rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Ayrıca asansör trafiğide bazen yorucu olabiliyordu.
