Superbe séjour dans quartier branché
Pros:

Agréable séjour à commencer par la chambre très confortable, propre et avoir tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et le personnel accueillant et avenant.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite mais ça ne m’a pas dérangé. Par contre la vue sur le parking en face, bof

Location, staff and food lovely. If its a short stay I feel comfortable to recommend.

A great hotel
Pros:

Proximity ( a short walk)to the MRT that we caught from the airport and used to to get around the city.
The late check out.
Walking distance to Maxwell Food Hall and Chinatown.

Pros:

Fantastic stay. The hotel is stylish and beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere and an excellent location for exploring Singapore. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were always friendly, attentive and helpful. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the overall vibe of the hotel.

A special mention has to go to the bed, it was unbelievably comfortable and the mattress quality was amazing. We slept so well that we’re seriously considering buying the same mattress for our home!

Un peu déçu
Pros:

Tout d’abord le personnel qui était parfait. L’emplacement pour le calme, la décoration et l’ambiance générale ainsi que la literie étaient au top

Cons:

La taille des chambres mais surtout cette terrible mode qui est d’oublier toute forme de rangement pour les affaires personnelles des clients. Il semblerait que les décorateurs des hôtels dits tendances n’aient jamais utilisé une chambre d’hôtel et c’est fort dommage. Les seuls tiroirs sont compartimentés et réservés aux tasses, mugs et cuillères. Le fait de devoir laisser ses affaires dans les valises n’est pas à la hauteur de l’image que veulent se donner ce genre d’établissement.

Pros:

La chambre magnifique, la piscine en rooftop, le petit déjeuner en buffet extraordinaire. Le lit et le confort. La vue.

Cons:

Chambre situé juste au dessus de leur bar avant boîte le jungle !! Je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit, musique à fond techno jusqu'à 4h du matin!! De plus avec un enfant en bas âge , je n'ai pas pu descendre à l'accueil le signaler pendant la nuit. Plusieurs commentaires de ce style sont sur Booking depuis déjà plusieurs années avec à chaque fois la même réponse : avec nos excuses nous ferons le nécessaire pour améliorer cette situation. Au prix de la chambre c'est absolument inadmissible, aucune compensation financière n' a été proposé malgré mon signalement , seulement des questions réponses à ma demande pour temporiser. C'était mon second séjour dans cet hôtel que je trouvais super jusqu' à présent et j'étais prête à y mettre le prix , j'avais dû tomber sur des bons jours la fois précédente..
Ce bar devrait simplement être fermé à minuit pour le respect des clients de l' hôtel.
