Pros:

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Chinatown and close to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made the stay even better. We will definitely book this hotel again next time!

Pros:

Wunderschöner Infinity Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht auf China Town. Es gibt dort überdachte Liegen und zusätzliche Handtücher.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt kostenloses Wasser.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, tolle Auswahl, allerdings teuer.
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ich habe im Vorfeld 2x drauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass wir gerne ein Zimmer im höheren Stockwerk hätten, aufgrund des Clubs im 3. Stock

Cons:

Club der selbst bist in den 11. Stock noch leicht hörbar war (Bass) und das Bett war und zu klein und zu hart.

Room was beautiful, facilities immaculate, views gorgeous.

Cons:

The staff were functional rather than hospitable. Too busy or dismissive to listen to requests. Bar areas were limited due to private functions which impacted our short stay.
