Staff très accueillant et à l’écoute, très arrangeant : nous nous sommes levés tard et nous sommes présentés au bar pour un café après l’horaire de fermeture alors que le staff s’activait pour le service du midi, le directeur s’est donné la peine de nous le faire !
Camera molto confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Posizione dell'albergo ottima e personale gentilissimo. La palestra è essenziale ma con asciugamani e acqua inclusi. La piscina sul tetto è splendida con lettini e asciugamani inclusi e servizio bar.
Location was excellent. We felt very welcomed with the personal message left in our room by guest relations team. Staff interactions were a little mixed. Reception was ok but there weren't any personal touches, as you would expect for a five star hotel. The breakfast and concierge staff were always very polite and helpful.
Room was small, even after we upgraded to a higher tier. The moisture extraction was quite poor, which made the room humid and musty smelling after we were away for the entire day. The rooftop pool was clean and adequate but felt small and often a little crowded. In a hot country, this felt like an afterthought.

Very small rooms, no shelves and inadequate wardrobe hanging space, shower went from hot to cold energy 30 seconds. It was more like a Mercure / Ibis not a a 4/5 star hotel

The location, freshness of the hotel, bedding and the showers were all major selling points for this hotel.
The executive lounge benefits were not comparable to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Unsociable 5-7pm offering and it was not well organised either. You had to announce you were there for evening cocktails as it was in the restaurant not a standalone lounge. One night they even blocked it off for a private party and we then had to return to the rooftop bar with zero communication it was happening. Served drinks in plastic glasses, no food offering there and then it was added to my bill at checkout as nobody had clearly informed that staff that exec travellers should have this charge scrubbed. A bit disjointed but all staff were lovely.

The wheelchair accessible room's bathroom should be improved: about no space to store even toothbrush or toothpaste, shower and room nice apart from this ! Maybe also a chair could be nice into the room to put some stuff on
