Pros:

植物園に近いロケーションと内装の美しさに惹かれて予約しましたが、実際に一番素晴らしかったのはサービスとスタッフさんの気配りでした。
少し体調を崩した息子のためにお部屋とルームサービス、日本語で手書きのお手紙まで用意してくださり、息子も私も感動しました。本当にありがとうございます。
レセプションチームの皆さんは出会う度に体調を気にしてくださり、とてもありがたく嬉しかったです。また、ドアマンやルームクリーニングの方まで全員親切でフレンドリーでした。
息子も帰りのGrabで「次はいつ来られるの？」と何度も聞くくらい気に入ったようです😊
お部屋のインテリアはとても洗練されており、プールは美しく、とてもリラックス出来ました。ルームサービスも24時間対応のようで便利でした。次回も必ず宿泊したいと思います。

Amazing place to stay with lots of food and shops around
Pros:

Very spacious and clean rooms, great service from hotel staff, located close to shopping centers so lots of food options around

Cons:

Water pressure in the bath/showers seemed to be weak but not a big issue

Lovely
Pros:

The young male staff member waiting on us up at the rooftop bar and pool was exceptional, so lovely he helped make our experience that much better an asset to the place.

Pros:

Facilities were great and service exceptional. We only stayed for a night however felt like a lot longer

Cons:

Pros:

Outstanding service and facility.
Absolutely exquisite service standard both by hotel staffs. Though minor mistake were made at breakfast but was nicely handled with satisfactory result.
Absolutely quiet room. Good insulation.

One of the best New Year’s Eves we’ve ever had.
Pros:

Great decor. Great location just off Orchard Rd. Great front desk staff who managed to sort out a mistake I had made in my booking, and getting transport when we checked out. Lounge bar staff at New Year’s Eve were the best.

Cons:

Concierge was very unresponsive.

A staycation of dreams!
Pros:

Stunning hotel, amazing plants and food! The staff went above and beyond to treat us well and it surpassed our expectations. We will definitely come back soon! The bed was really comfortable too.
