I booked through Expedia, and the hotel doesn’t give the code to obtain access. Had to wait over half an hour for someone to turn up, to let us in.

They offer day-time use. It meets my flight transfer purpose. I liked fully computerized access control system.
Room size just too small. If I can change date easier, helpful. Non-refundable policy can be accepted.
It's compact but has the essentials. Clean.
The check-in process. A bit ridiculous to have to take photo of yourself to check in. A little infringing on PDPA. Staff's attitude and helpfulness can be improved.

Location (some 7-8 minutes of walking from the subway station and about 30 minutes by subway from the airport), clean room with everything you need in you have a short stopover in Singapore.
