Contemporary hotel with rooftop pool
Pros:

Fabulous contemporary design Singapore hotel with rooftop pool, good wellness facilities, and dining options. Spacious rooms with balconies. Good location close to Orchard Road, the Botanical, Gardens, and Dempsey Hill.

Cons:

We had issues with the water temperature in the bathroom. It initially ran cold and once maintenance adjusted the temperature limit it fluctuated between very hot and warm. It’s important to note that the hotel staff were responsive and worked hard to try resolve the situation.

Great value, perfectly designed, true 5* hotel.
Pros:

Property is state of the art. It's so well designed that every piece of it makes it beautiful and functional at the same time. The room is spacious with ~5m ceilings, rooftop is amazing especially during sunrises, they provided everything we asked immediately (such as iron and ironing board, eu socket adapter...). Everything was perfect, highly recommend.

Cons:

I like everything about this property.

Pros:

The design is magnificent throughout the hotel. The high-ceilings in the rooms. The bathroom design. The spectacular, swimmable rooftop pool, at least 20 metres long. That it wasn’t too busy and was well-staffed. Both breakfast and the rooftop bar and the ambiance therein were excellent.

Cons:

Not a lot, it was great.

We visit Singapore regularly and very much hope to return to Artyzen.
Pros:

Lots: The decor - especially the brightly coloured glass panel on the inside of the lift showing shop houses and depicting early Singapore life. The outlook from the roof-top pool deck / terrace which opened up different vistas and showed a different Singapore below in this quieter part of the central city. Very helpful staff. The convenient location - close to the bustle of Orchard Road and local MRT yet green and peaceful.

Cons:

It was difficult to understand the various dining packages being offered for breakfast and their prices. A document with available options to hand to guests on arrival at the delightful ground floor breakfast room / bar / coffee venue would have been helpful.

Great design, very comfortable rooms and beds, greenery and atmosphere. Nice breakfast

Cons:

Lifts are a bit slow, we had to wait over two hours for our room (but were invited to wait in the bar area and offered a complimentary drink). Not many sun beds in the pool area

We loved our stay. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, clean and perfectly located.
Pros:

It was a beautiful room with very high standard of comfort. The staff that we came across were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The rooftop pool beds needed cushions.

We had a great staycation at the hotel.. Christmas was indeed great this year and the room had made it even better..
Pros:

The room is very pretty and spacious.. I have to say we were pleasantly impressed.. the area is quiet yet still near the Central Area..

Cons:

Not so much about the property but the hotel might want to look into the menu and pricings of room service
