It was excellent. There were a number of choices available. Everything was clearly labeled and organized. Appreciated the emphasis on sustainability.
For us being older the stairs were something we had to be careful using. There were railings which was important. Otherwise everything was great well thought out.
The bed was comfortable and I liked the cleanliness of the room . The eating area was pleasant. For an overnight stay the Yarra met our needs and we would return.
I appreciated the quick responses of the host to our inquiries before we booked.
The breakfast offered ample options, however, I believe that the bagels were put out the evening before, so although wrapped well in plastic, they were not the bagels I am accustomed to. I would have liked a whole wheat or multigrain option.
The room and bathroom needed a small shelf on which to place personal items.
Overall we felt the price was a little high for what we got.
Clean, well-appointed, great location. Good coffee, and easy check in and out. Parking also easy. No TV in the room, which was really nice - made for a relaxing weekend. They had a lot of books available in the lounge.
No outside food or drink allowed in the common areas. This was understandable when the inn was serving dinner but on other days and at other times it was limiting, as our room was quite small, and the only place to sit was the bed. I would’ve liked to be able to eat or drink my wine on the porch.

It is centrally located. The town has its own charm. The management gave us the opportunity to check in early to work. Everything was really good. The place is clean and quiet.
Maybe a place to hang a dress that is not in the bathroom would be an added value to the room we stayed.
Cutest hotel ever! Brittany and Sonia were warm and welcoming plus they made great referrals for local restaurants where we could take our pup. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was a delicious and fresh start to the day.

The neighborhood is a bit quiet, but that could also be the point for some folks.

We loved the warm atmosphere, cozy decor, attentive and personable hosts (I left my AirPods behind when we left and Sonya was so sweet to help me track them down and mailed them to me). Breakfast was delicious and ample. The bed was comfy. And Roscoe is a very charming little town.
The only drawback was the creaky floors and non-soundproofed rooms, which comes with an old house. But all the guests were very considerate and quiet, and it wasn’t a problem for us.
Lovely ambience and good breakfast and we had the entire house to ourselves. Might be different if the other rooms had been occupied.
