Monterey Inn

I have stayed all over the US and Mexico. I have never stayed in a more comfortable and beautiful place than here. For the price and accommodation, you can’t beat it.

Quaint & homey inn in a GORGEOUS area. Be forewarned that all the eateries in town close by 7PM.... I got a gas station pizza, which was surprisingly good, tho ;)

Lovely stay

This is one of the most quaint places I've stayed at. Building was built in early 1900's but has been refurbished inside with modern features but retains the old craftsman look and feel. Our room was larger than I expected. Bathroom was spacious and modern. The sink was smaller than expected but made sense actually. Extremely quiet. Monterey has very little activity. Still, it was a perfect place to stay because we were here to ride the Cass Scenic Railroad. The breakfast is definitely a highlight. Do order it when you make your reservations. The portions are large and every dish is wonderful.

This little Inn is amazing. Great staff. Great bed, fully adjustable including anti gravity setting. Very cool. Breakfast wasn’t available during my stay due to kitchen renovations. However, they did cover my breakfast at Claire’s bakery & cafe which was excellent. Everyone in this town was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this Inn.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. We most definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet.

The beds are the best! Bathroom and shower were amazing. Breakfast great as well. Owner was so kind to us as well as her employees.

Nice getaway spot. The 'lower stars rating' comes from the added fees not part of the booking, nor being aware of the beforehand. Probably would not have stayed if we were made aware of this upfront!

I didn’t exactly like the advertised king bed that were actually two beds put together with a crack going down the middle. Very uncomfortable sleeping arrangement.

A wonderful place with gracious owners and welcoming staff. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be returning to Monterey Inn.

One of the best stays I’ve had from the heated towel rack in the bathroom, to the adjustable memory foam bed, and to the almost Michelin star breakfast 10/10 would stay here again!
