A comfortable, clean, and great-value stay with amazing service and friendly staff—I’d happily come back again.
Pros:

The hotel is definitely worth the money. It’s clean and very comfortable, and the service is amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I would definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Singapore. The location also very near to haji lane and sultan gate, easy to get halal food.

Pros:

Location is close to a lot of restaurant. Staffs are really nice and helpful. I love the bed, I rarely see a hostel with comfy beds and pillows, they even give you 2 pillows which is a nice touch. There is also free water provided.

Cons:

I think the lounge area is a bit dark and no kitchen. The locker is bit tricky to close and open, sometime it doesnt lock and the room is actually a bit tight.

Fantastic location, but hotel itself has definitely some points for improvement.
Pros:

Really great location, in the Kampong Glam district next to many nice pubs and restaurants.

Cons:

Room design (dark and depressive), a lot of mold in the bathroom.

Comfy bed, good sleep, really nice that you had to take off your shoes before entering the dorm. Location is ok, personnel very attentive
