Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, avec une équipe très accueillante.
Pros:

Hostel propre, bien entretenu et bien situé, à une distance raisonnable du métro. L’équipe est globalement très gentille, accueillante et serviable. Mention spéciale à Mardi et Michael, qui ont été particulièrement aimables, chaleureux et agréables. J’ai également apprécié les efforts faits pour maintenir une bonne hygiène dans l’établissement.

Cons:

Certains membres du personnel sont parfois un peu trop rigides dans l’application des règles. Avec un boot médical à la suite d’une fracture du pied, je voulais simplement m’allonger une dizaine de minutes pour reposer mon pied. Le living était vide et je ne gênais personne, mais une personne de la réception m’a demandé de me relever de manière assez sèche, sans « s’il vous plaît » ni vraiment de tact. J’ai bien sûr respecté la demande, mais j’aurais apprécié davantage de compréhension et de courtoisie compte tenu de ma situation.

Comfortable stay in a great location, with easy transport access and plenty of food nearby.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to multiple MRT stations and bus stops, plus lots of good food and shopping nearby. The bed was very comfortable, and even as a light sleeper I was able to sleep well every night with no issues. The shared bathrooms were consistently clean, although the floors could get wet at times because of the open shower setup, so I found easy slip on waterproof shoes very helpful. Towels, combined body soap/shampoo, a toothbrush set, razor, earplugs, kettle, cups, hair dryer, and thin disposable slippers were provided. There was also a water dispenser on the first floor with both hot and cold water available.

Cons:

I would have appreciated a little more space for hanging clothes and towels in the room. Four hangers wasn’t quite enough for a one-week stay, and there wasn’t a good place to hang a damp towel to dry. A small refrigerator in the room would also have been convenient, although I appreciated that it was possible to request use of a staff refrigerator.

Attentive staff, great location on the slightly quieter side of town with some great cafes and eateries around. The mattress was extremely comfortable, with amazing pillows and duvet. Probably the most comfy hostel I’ve stayed in!

各方面都非常优异，干净卫生的浴室公共区域还有宿舍房间，提供方便的洗烘衣服服务，公共区域充电和免费饮水机服务很好，而且也有干净的一次性纸杯，公共区域每天也有免费的抽纸提供，大家来自世界各地，每天可以认识不同国家的朋友，大家都非常友善，而且这里的员工都很Nice非常乐于助人，住了一个星期给我带来了非常快乐的旅行住宿体验，下次还来这里住，希望这家青旅越来越好！
