HIGHSTAY - Luxury Serviced Apartments - North Marais 1

Perfect location and responsive hosts!

We booked the Highstay as we had two families - 4 adults 3 kids, and this was one of the nicer options that I found searching online. The place is fantastic! Very clean, modern and fits what most upscale travelers are looking for. Very close attention to detail, including high end amenities as well.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. We arrived early in the day and needed to stow our luggage. We were unable to leave our bags at the apartment but they let us use their other location to hold our bags instead. Only about a 10 minute Uber away.

At first we thought the location looked a bit dodgy as we arrived while the road in front was being dug up. However the next day it had been fully cleaned up and we were able to really enjoy the area. Local stores are great and friendly towards tourists. There’s an excellent bakery on the corner as well. The metro is very close as well.

We felt relatively safe in the area and the building has 3 coded entries to enter your apartment which is very secure.

The washer/dryer was a lifesaver for us as well. Just don’t overload it if you need the clothes to dry quickly.

The price point was definitely worth it overall and we’d definitely stay again! 10/10.

The apartment was luxurious, beautiful, and comfortable. Great location and exceptional amenities. Very easy to access with clear instructions.

Pretty good. We are 6 peoples family consist of 2 family. Negative point is having only 1 toilet. Other room, the room number 3, has 2 toilet. For the party consist of 2 family, I recommend room number 3.

It was a fantastic apartment!
Everything was great and especially the support team is excellent! My wife said amenities were very good too. The soup and shampoo are Aesop.

Remodeling in the building and on street noises otherwise excellent accommodations

The apartment was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Each bedroom had it's own shower and wash basin in the room, and both rooms shared a toilet (in the hallway of the apartment).

The property kept in contact with us through WhatsApp - it was fast and easy. Based on my interactions with Highstay, it was evident that they cared about making sure our stay was exceptional. And, even after we returned home, they connected with us for feedback about our experience to be sure we were completely satisfied with our stay.

We loved the apartment and the neighborhood was perfect with close access to shops, grocers, bakeries, and tons of cafes & restaurants.

Very nice clean and good location

The apartment really is as beautiful and luxurious as the photos show. My husband was worried that this was a scam because it looked too good to be true but having booked through Expedia I felt confident that it was legit. Everything was so wonderful... very comfortable beds, wonderful showers, very secure location (4 different places to enter codes, a fun game for our kids to master), and great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops all around. We were delighted with the high quality coffee, tea, water, sparkling water, and snack box waiting for us too. Plenty of communication via WhatsApp from the staff in case we had any issues or wanted them to arrange anything, plus daily housekeeping. For our family of 5 this was by far the best option for us staying in Paris. Can't wait to plan another visit!

We went with our two kids. Perfect stay. Would highly reccommend. In our next visit we will book a HIGHSTAY appartment again. No doubt. As spoiled travellers it realy met up with our expectations.

The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and the communication was great. It was in a great location and walkable to the metro and restaurants and stores. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a Premium Apartment at Highstay Le Marais. It was exactly what we expected - clean, contemporary and beautifully appointed. Location was good - close to lots of cafes, restaurants and patisseries. Also walkable to major attractions like Notre-Dame and The Louvre.

There isn't an onsite concierge, but communication with the property manager was easy. The building is very secure. Daily housekeeping was great. Would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service

The apartment was perfect! So clean, modern and stylish. It had everything we needed inside, great location and was serviced every day. It was a good size and so easy to get in with all the instructions.

What a fantastic place! Perfect for our family of five- great location with plenty of food options. Interior was stunning. Would highly recommend!

The property exceeded our expectations. 2 bed 2 bathroom with a queen sofa bed. The second bathroom was a separate powder room and a shower/wash area inside one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom had a connected full bathroom. Having maids come in for a daily cleaning and towel refresh was a great help. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, basic utensils and cook/serverware.
We were greeted with a small snack box and couple each of still and sparkling water which was a nice touch. The maid service replenished the coffee / tea / sugar daily.
Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer en suite was very helpful when traveling with small kids. There are 3 TV’s with streaming services in both bedrooms and living room.
The rooms were quite big as far as European spaces go, and for a family of 5 we didn’t feel cramped at all.
Grocery stores (monoprix,asian grocery) within walking distance.
Wonderful restaurants just around the corner open long hours. You HAVE to try the Michelin stared Dessance.
The nearest Metro is Arts et Métiers which is extremely convenient, 20-30 min max to most tourist spots.

It was not the cheapest options for stays, but the value we received was unbeatable. Definitely will be staying here when we visit Paris again.
