Very nice, clean and modern hotel with very nice staff in downtown Toulouse with excellent parking facilities and all of this being affordable.

La salle d’eau est un peu en dessous du notamment à une douche rideau qui n’est pas pratique.
Le petit déjeuner buffet n’est pas au niveau du reste de l’établissement

The positives were its location, its newness and the ability to cook and wash clothes.The front desk staff were generally attentive and spoke good English.The rooms tended to be small, the bathroom and toilet particularly so but manageable. Overall a positive expereience and did us well in Toulouse.

Le logement était parfaitement situé, le parking souterrain pratique et le personnel très accueillant. Très bon séjour.

First impressions at check in was a disaster. Parking was full and nowhere to stop to offload bags. Had to find public parking which comes at a premium and carry luggage with small children which not ideal at least 10 minutes walk Booked room for a family with 2 small children but hotel never set up bedding so had to set up sofa bed and bedding on our own. Bathroom had no soap which shows lack of attention. Personally I would no stay other side of the river as seemed to always be that side although metro worked well. Room temperature could not be adjusted and having open windows 5 floors up with small children not great. Hotel was super busy at breakfast and was a bit of a zoo. Wouldn’t recommend if travelling with family.

Great place to say in the middle of the action in Toulouse , you can walk everywhere in downtown, the facilities are modern and useful

Wonderful location so close to the Metro and walkable into town also just over the bridge. There are some lovely restaurants, boulangerie, charcuterie etc and a small supermarket minutes away on foot. Staff are very kind and the apartment itself was very well equipped and comfortable with lots of storage space. Only minor problem is noise from nearby construction but hardly worth mentioning as not bad when windows closed and not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

The hotel is only one year old, so everything is nice and tidy. Only in the bottom part of the shower is some mold, that should be. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen looks like unused. There is plenty of restaurants around it.

Först bra saker - vi valde en lägenhet med rum för upp till fyra fast vi bara är två och den var verkligen rymlig och bekväm. Internationella TV kanaler och två TV apparsther (sovrum & vardagsrummet). Bra skick på rummet och ok kokmöjligheter (med diskmaskin). Läget är mycket bra med nära till tunnelbana, floden etc. Lugnt läge utan störande biltrafik. Negativt var bara att "gymnet" var värdelöst och att rummen verkade lite lyhörda men vi besökte under lågsäsong så störde oss inte mycket pga få andra gäster.

« Comme à la maison » ! Nickel, accueil chaleureux et explications claires. On voit plein de clients installés dans les canapés du hall, vraiment comme chez eux, c’est top.
Idéalement situé à deux pas du métro et dans un quartier avec plein de petits commerces au top (boulangerie Saint Cyprien à se damner et épicerie espagnole la esquina géniale)

Los apartamentos están muy bien . Limpios, grandes, bien situados, silencioso. El personal es amable. Lo recomiendo.

Hôtel en plein centre de Toulouse, avec parking attenant. Le personnel est très accueillant et réactif, l'hôtel tout neuf, parfaitement propre et bien insonorisé. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons certainement et plus longtemps pour pouvoir profiter de la ville à pied
