Pros:

This apartment overall looks like the photos, however the floors are quite scratched and the walls have numerous scuffs.

Pros:

Everything was great except where u pick up the keys at the convenience store and to the apartment is a 15 minute walk
It was tough walking from there with luggage

difficult to communicate with, they do not respond for days (numerous attempts on various platforms [text, emails, Expedia message and ph calls, all not responded to for 3 days...over and over.
Nice apartment and clean.
Blind in the bedroom broken
Fans do not work
Apparent has 4 beds, but u are only allowed to use 3, as linens are ONLY provided for 3. Request for additional linen for the 4th bed was denied. Inflexible...we had a flight cancelation and requested an additional night and was denied, after waiting for a response for 4 days, at the last moment, we were told they couldn't which left us scrambling to find a hotel for the additional night.

Functional stay vs Charming

I recently stayed at this property and overall, it presented a mixed experience. On the positive side, the property was clean and well-presented. It is a nice property with a pleasant aesthetic and everything looked tidy upon arrival.

However, there were some significant drawbacks. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable, which impacted the quality of my sleep during the stay. Additionally, the property was very basic in terms of amenities. There was no coffee, tea, water, salt, or other essentials provided, which made it feel quite bare-bones and inconvenient.

One of the issues was the communication with the agent managing the property. The tone was aggressive and unwelcoming. It was clear that they have had issues with parties in the past, as they were extremely firm about presenting IDs, deposits, and other formalities. This approach did not make me feel like a valued guest or particularly welcome.

In summary, while the property itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, the lack of basic amenities and the uncomfortable beds were disappointing. The tad aggressive communication style of the management further detracted from the overall experience.
