Best hotel experience, wanna come back!
Pros:

It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever head! Apartment has everything necessary (fridge, oven, tv, coffee machine, etc.), super comfy bad, cosy kitchen and chill zone with a big tv. Everything was so clean and smelled really nice! Stuff is super friendly, definitely would recommend everyone this place and wish I could come back one day.

Overall all good, nice staff and beautiful apartment

Cons:

The bed is not up to the apartment standards, makes noise with any small movement. Probably we were not lucky and this is not a common issue across the hotel.

Pros:

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet.Das Bett war richtig bequem und das Frühstück in der Küche war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und hatten ausreichend Platz.
Wenn wir wieder nach London kommen,werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft wohnen.Wir waren bereits 5 mal in London und hatten in The Marloes die beste Unterkunft von allen.

Sehr gute Wahl in London
Pros:

Die Lage in kensington ist top. Ruhige, gepflegte und sichere Umgebung.
Sehr bequemes Bett mit 4 Kissen.
Unterkunft sauber und hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das angegebene Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einer Schrankwand vom wohnbereich getrennt. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer läuft 24/7 und ist ständig zu hören.
Die Schlafcouch vor Ort ist nicht empfehlenswert, hier fehlt ein guter topper.
Die kapselmaschine in unserem zimmer war defekt und ist nur mit kapseln zu gebrauchen, die man an der Rezeption kaufen kann. 10 Stück/ 10,-£
Wir haben die kapselart in keinem Supermarkt gefunden. Da uns der Kaffee eh nicht geschmeckt hat und auch zu teuer war, haben wir darauf verzichtet den defekt der Maschine ein 2. Mal zu melden.

Ottima scelta per weekend lungo a Londra!
Pros:

La struttura è moderna e accogliente con reception h24. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, arredati con gusto e puliti. Apprezzato il check in anticipato. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi. Staff disponibile e professionale.

Cons:

Fuori dalle finestre della stanza c’erano parecchie ragnatele quindi suggerirei di cure maggiormente la pulizia esterna delle finestre. Sarebbe inoltre comodo trovare in struttura degli adattatori internazionali per le prese uk . Il resto tutto perfetto !

Ik ben 3 weken in The Marloes gebleven en heb een super fijn verblijf gehad. Ik kan dit adres iedereen aanraden.
Pros:

Het was een zeer comfortabel en schoon appartement (1 kamer appartement) op een perfecte locatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en geven een uitstekende service.

Cons:

Het is iets gehorig alhoewel ik daar zelf totaal geen last van heb gehad.

room size is great, but there is no everyday cleaning (if it is a hotel?) no coffee / bottle of water fill up (coz no room cleaning?) near underground station - 10 mins walk, and some restaurant and supermarket (near underground station)

Small, comfortable and well located.
Pros:

The bed and linens were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and I like the robes. The staff was friendly and helpful

We could put suitcases downstairs there was no room.

It was convenient but I’m not sure we’d stay again.
Pros:

The location was excellent and access was simple and easy from the Olympia Centre. It was also very clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately half the appliances in the property were broken. We specifically chose this property because we wanted to self-cater but the oven didn’t work, the coffee machine leaked, the locking mechanism on the front door was unreliable and the shower was also broken.
