Awesome location in London!
Pros:

It was perfect! Quiet neighborhood, secure entry, LOVELY staff, near a tube station. Marika is a gem. She is so kind and helpful. She really made our stay perfect.

Good value for money and a comfortable space. I would still stay there again.
Pros:

The space was generous for London.

Cons:

A little far from public transport and difficult to call Ubers. It was very convenient to have 24 hr desk attendance, however they were not very helpful.

Pros:

A beautifully clean and well-furnished apartment in a nice, quiet area. The kitchen and bathroom in particular are finished to a high standard and are so clean and tidy. We received a very friendly welcome and communication was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Appears to be a very well managed facility. Fantastic location for Earls Court tube station and not too far from London attractions such as the Natural History museum and the V&A museum. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Very clean.
Staff was great - very helpful.
Location was close to tube, but they had a tube strike while we were there and so getting to the major attractions was more difficult since we weren't close to everything.

Pros:

3 bedroom apartment was much larger than anticipated. Super clean and very friendly reception. Metro and bus is very close by.

The Marloes is a great place to stay in London.
Pros:

Location was perfect, on a quite street. Less than 5 minutes walk to Earl's Court underground and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. The deluxe one bedroom unit was large, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Staff was friendly and helpful, any problems were addressed immediately.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was tiny, not very practical, and there was a lack of shelf space for toiletries.

Beautiful, quaint spot
Pros:

The location is perfect if you want to feel like you’re in amongst locals and proper neighborhoods.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is the shower floor - it is dangerously slippery.

Nice property minus health & safety risk.
Pros:

Comfortable, good quality furnishings, clean. The gentleman working in the nights we stayed was very good, helpful, polite.

Cons:

Clear health and safety risk. On our first night my daughter got stuck in the small bathroom, the door lock totally jammed and there were no windows. If we had not been there, or if this was a lone traveler, one could have been trapped for 2 days. It took 20 minutes before she was freed by the gentleman who was apologetic however it was not his fault. I messaged The Marloes and all I received was a customer service we sorry response. This caused distress to us & is a clear H&S risk. I was even more shocked to see a previous review a couple of weeks prior that someone else got stuck. Therefore The Marloes knew this was a danger. I would have exited a goodwill gesture for the distress & scare caused but nothing. Leaving this review due to the poor after response.
