Great location and very modern.
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town, which meant getting around could be done on foot.

The room was very modern and clean.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike if being honest.

There was only 1 small bottle of water in the fridge, with 2 of us staying that didn't work.

Great location with good parking. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Room was cosy and spotless. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like but since we were staying two nights, we didn’t realise the room wouldn’t be made up in the morning. Not a big problem but coffee and tea wasn’t refilled so had no drinks on the second morning.

Stylish room in central location
Pros:

Fantastic central location with private paid parking nearby. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Although not described as a kitchenette, from the pictures we assumed that's what it was. It wasn't a problem as we didn't need self catering facilities.

Do not be fooled by the photos. The reality is spoiled food, absent staff, and zero sleep.
Cons:

I recently stayed at Mansley Apartments (Feb 25 – March 2, 2026), and it was a catalogue of failures. If you are looking for a professional, quiet, or well-managed stay, look elsewhere.
The "Noise" Trap:
• Room 7: Directly above a bar called Parler. Music blasted until 11:00 PM. Despite my advance request for a quiet room, I was placed here.
• Room 10 (Superior): Zero soundproofing. I could hear every footstep from above. The building is structurally unfit for anyone who isn't a heavy sleeper.
Service Failures:
• Ghost Staff: Reception was unstaffed the entire weekend.
• Hygiene & Neglect: I was provided with spoiled milk at check-in. Despite requesting a replacement, I was ignored—even though staff entered the room to empty the bins.
• Spam: I received ~10 automated check-in messages a day, yet they couldn't respond to one basic request for fresh milk.
The "Upgrade" Scam: I paid for a "Deluxe" upgrade but had to downgrade to a "Superior" room just to escape the bar noise. Management has failed to refund the price difference for the room I was forced to vacate.
Zero Accountability: I raised these issues multiple times during my stay and have followed up via 3 formal email addresses, yet I have received no response. It is clear that once they have your money, they have zero interest in guest satisfaction or basic health and safety standards.
Bottom Line: Do not be fooled by the photos. The reality is spoiled food, absent staff, and zero sleep.

A decent stay but more attention to detail in terms of it being a special occasion and also cleanliness is required.
Pros:

Good location. Good to have bottled water and fresh milk. Good size TV. Good drinks making facilities.

Cons:

Found someone’s glasses by the bed, and sink wasn’t clean. So room wasn’t cleaned well.
Really disappointed that despite my writing in advance, and repeating to person calling me at pre-checking in, nothing was done for my wife when it was her special birthday weekend.
Getting to room 14 was very awkward as so many stairs, and indeed steep stairs to climb. It’s not enough to warn there’s no lift.
Rather a lot of street noise so had to sleep with window shut.
