Pros:

Beautiful room, very clean,spacious lovely cafe 2 mins walk.car parking secure pay in advance.2 mins walk into town couldn't fault this room .

Cons:

Could have done with a frother for coffee machine.. if you like coffee black not a ptoblem.

Pros:

Very well equipped. Everything was thought of, from bath robes and slippers to the bottle of fresh milk in the fridge.

The room was small and there were several flights of stairs to climb.

Great accommodation in ideal location. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and festival locations but

Great location. Good information provided for check-in and parking. Couldn't open safe but made phonecall and very pleasant guy came within a few minutes to fix it.
Plentiful supply of hot water. Shower was excellent. Towels replenished as needed.
Good coffee machine. Good Bluetooth speaker.

Cons:

Cool at times in the room. Followed information on the App for adjusting heating but didn't seem to work.
Taps in sink wobbly! Didnt cause a problem but needs fixing.

One night stay wasadequate but not for any longer, unless in future a room on the ground floor.

Great stay
Pros:

Amazing location right in the center, great value for money and all of the facilities you would want including kettle fridge and hairdryer! The staff were exceptional putting up with me contacting them loads regarding the parking and being helpful with directions and letting me arrive early on the day :) thank you so much!

Very welcoming, comfortable room in a great location
Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious and decor was lovely. Bathroom was great with underfloor heating and excellent shower.
Having fridge and milk waiting inside was very welcome.

Cons:

Only drawback for us was lack of soundproofing between second and third floor above. Noisy footsteps did disturb us about two in the morning.
