Felt like I was in an earth quake front facing rooms had trains late into night and early morning. Whole room moved. It was a terrible night sleep

Comfortable luxurious stay spoiled by noise!
Pros:

Clean, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a good position

Cons:

Noise of the trains all day long until 1 am an started again at 5am - loud rumbling and shaking.
Hairdryer cuts out after few seconds of use. Told this is Health and Safety feature!
Required ID but not told this before. We are English and do t carry passports or driving licenses with us. Made to feel uncomfortable and worried we would not be allowed to stay.

One of the better places that I’ve stayed in London
Pros:

Central location convenient to the tube and the city/Tower Hill and the attractions. The Hop skip n’ jump to my favourite food place Borough market.

Cons:

Didn’t really bother me, but there is a spa and other bits and bobs, but you have to go to another of their locations
