Pros:

The location is close to the Tower Hill station, which was very convenient. Also, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Neighborhood is safe and lovely. The apartment is spacious, although I did not like the layout in the one we were staying in. Most of the staff was lovely and helpful.

Cons:

We got an apartment on the 1st floor facing the street. There is a construction site in front of the hotel and the noise is horrific and commences at 8am. The AC was portable and unbearably loud, we could not sleep without air plugs. Thankfully, after a few days no AC was needed at night, just an overhead fan. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast box was small and very basic. They clean the room only once every three days. The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay (8 nights)... I would not return to this hotel.

Cons:

Next door, a large building is under construction, and since 8 a.m. there has been heavy drilling and machinery noise throughout the day, forcing us to leave the room early and return late. This should have been disclosed to us at the time of booking (see pictures)
Breakfast was poor and was served in baskets, which should have been disclosed at the time of booking.
For three days during our stay, the elevator was out of service.

Had a good time at this hotel, was a good value
Pros:

The property was in great location. The front desk attendants were very kind and understanding. Rooms were good sized with full kitchen as expected. Portable AC were in good working condition during the heat wave.

Drop off and pickup not possible in front of the hotel

Pros:

Location ottima, appartamento grande con due camere e due bagni dotato di pinguini per aria condizionata.

Cons:

I condizionatori erano molto rumorosi e con il tubo di uscita sulla finestra aperta quindi non proprio efficienti e il costo mi sembra comunque un po' eccessivo.

Pros:

Lokalizacja top. Blisko metro i autobus oraz dużo ważnych, zabytkowych miejsc. Bardzo ładne, wygodne i czyste mieszkanie. Nie wiem czy info jest gdzieś dostępne - recepcja czynna całą dobę, więc pozny przyjazd jest w pełni komfortowy.
Polecam i na pewno skorzystam w przyszłości. Dziękuję!! :)

Pros:

Помешкання було чистим, достатньо просторим для сімейного відпочинку з дорослою дитиною. Розташування близько до Тауерського моста і до майже усіх видів транспорту. Але треба номер не на першому поверсі, бо дуже гучно чути проїзд метро ( саме під готелем)

Cons:

Шум від метро, з 6 ранку починається ремонт у сусідньому будинку! Це дуже заважало з ранку.

Fantastic service and location
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great and it is walking distance from many famous places in London. It is very close to several tube stations and it is surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. The pier is just across the street and you can easily take a boat. The bus station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you can take the touristic bus. We had an amazing view over the Tower Bridge from both rooms of the apartment.
The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and well maintained. The apartment has everything needed to make you feel at home.
The front desk staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. They know what you need even before asking for help. You are the friendliest team we have ever met in a hotel. Thank you for everything!
A special thanks to Roxana, a person with a a big smile and a big heart. Multumim pentru tot, Roxana!
I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Great stay, comfortable room, of
Pros:

We were upgraded from Tower Residences to Tower Suites due to a maintenance problem with our room. The new room was great and we were given a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience.

Cons:

We checked in late (around 9pm) as we had been out in London. The receptionist demanded passport/driving licence identification not just from me but from my friend, my daughter and her friend. It was an odd request and there had been no warning that this would be required when I booked the room so no one had this Id on them. Why would a hotel need passport identification of people who weren’t paying for the room and who come from England? The girls are 15 years old and only had bank cards to prove their ID. We were exhausted after a long day and the receptionist would not tell us why she needed everyone’s ID, just said it was hotel policy.

Ottimo appartamento in posizione strategica
Pros:

Bellissimo appartamento , ottimo per tre persone o 4 molto affiatate. Cucina compresa di tutto. Anche la posizione è strategica. Noi eravamo all’ultimo piano e si sentiva leggermente la metro passare, per noi non è stato un problema.

Localização excelente, tamanho adequado para três adultos, cozinha bem montada, Arcona, Harry, Mattia e Roxana nos atenderam bem e suportaram nossa estadia.
