Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten waren die U-Bahn und ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tower und Tower Bridge) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war äußerst großzügig bemessen und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Nach einer kurzen Gewöhnungsphase ist auch die U-Bahn, die direkt unter dem Hotel fährt schon gar nicht mehr zu hören ;-)

Briliant central location with amazing view and rooms which can become loud at night
Pros:

EVERYTHING. huge rooms, living room view of tower bridge etc

Cons:

shower in morning hardly worked (no pressure) and you are right on the busy road so lots of sirens during the night even though they have done their best to insulate with double layer windows.

Special shout out to Mirianna checked us into a beautiful room and went above and beyond for us. This is our second time

Pros:

Not much ! Staff rude, decor needing freshened up, and noise from traffic is horrific, meaning very little sleep.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable. The staff were also helpful and friendly.

Cons:

One room/area was not accessible and had no lock from the outside, which felt a little strange. However, a staff member explained that it was for maintenance.
