Disappointing, was basic, property quite tired, lack of toiletries. Would not stay again
Pros:

There was very little to like to be honest - basement flat was small, only positive entry was easy

Cons:

Window ledges were vert dirty, walls more than a little scruffy. No toiletries of any description. Was poor value compared to a similarly priced hotel room

Good equipped accomodation with good location.
Pros:

The Apartment was exactly as the description and the attached photos. Everything worked, the location is also very good. The Elite team was very helpful, they made it possible to check in earlier as usually possible, so wi did not late from our date.

Centralna lokalizacja

Cons:

Apartament znajduje się w suterenie, o czym nie wspomniano. Nie można było otworzyć okien , przez co zapach gotowanych potraw unosił się w pokoju przez cały pobyt.

It was good. There were a few annoying things
Pros:

It was very central and spacious. The shower room was good

Cons:

The description of the property didn’t match the photos or reality which made it difficult to choose the right apartment. We really wanted a dining area which was in the description but not provided.
The washing machine was a useful but it needed a clothes airer as we had to use ironing board to hang up clothes.
The bulb was broken in lamp and the overheard lamp was broken which was a shame.
Some hooks to hang up coats
It had 4 hairdryers !

Functional studio in good location
Pros:

Studio in very good location, it was very quiet, a comfortable bed, very good shower.

Cons:

There were a few things missing from the studio which would have improved my stay - hand soap, a cafetiere or coffee making facilities, chopping board, dustpan and brush, a bedside table and lamp so don't have to get out of bed to turn off the light. Also a dining table would be nice.
The 'desk' mentioned in listing was unusable - much too small and not possible to pull out the chair far enough for comfort as bed in the way so I'd recommend not mentioning that in facilities.

Zeer ontevreden over het appartement

De locatie. 15 minuten lopen vanaf Central Station Lime Street. Aan de buitenkant een fraai pand in een mooie straat vlakbij de kathedraal.

Cons:

We kregen een kamer die veel kleiner en veel minder mooi was dan de kamers welke op de foto's worden afgebeeld. We vinden de advertentie dus misleidend. Ons appartement had veel te kleine bedden. Het waren twijfelaars. Te smal en te kort om met tweeën comfortabel in te slapen. Er stond een salontafeltje maar geen goede tafel om aan te kunnen ontbijten.
We vonden nog sokken onder het bed welke niet van ons waren. De schoonmaak laat dus ook te wensen over.
In een eerdere review lazen we een klacht over lawaai van een naast gelegen pub. Deze klacht wordt ontkracht door de verhuurder. Echter, de klacht is volledig terecht. Er is een pub in een aangrenzende straat (Knight Street), waar tot 's avonds laat live muziek wordt gespeeld. Slaap je aan de achterkant van het gebouw dan lijkt het alsof de saxofoon en de drums naast je bed worden bespeeld. Liverpool gaan we zeker nog eens bezoeken. Echter, deze accommodatie slaan we dan over.

Ok for an overnight stay
Pros:

The apartment was very good for an overnight stay but wouldn't have wanted to stay there too long.It was well equipped with everything you needed.
The beds were clean and comfortable.?the bathroom was also clean and well equipped with

Cons:

I didn't like going downstairs to the apartment. There wasnt a view from the window only a back yard and row of bins..
We found a half eaten bag of nuts in bedside drawer and the cups wern't very clean. The tv only worked when it wanted to.
The apartment was absolutely freezing when we first arrived.
The two beds only had about a foot between them. with no room for manoeuvre.
