The Cozy Apartment

这一次住了8天，房间在地下室，有一点点味道，但房间整体很舒服，特别是全套厨房用具和基础调料品很齐全，可以满足自己煮饭的需求。还会选择再次入住。

L'appartamento si presenta di buona metratura.
I letti non sono comodi...i materassi sono a molle e si sentono quando si è sdraiati.
La foto nella scheda dell'appartamento trae in inganno, perché non è l'appartamento sopra le scale, ma è quello nel seminterrato (nella foto, si vede la porta in basso a sinistra).
Le scale e l'ingresso erano piene di ragnatele e sporche.
All'interno sia la cucina sia il tavolo bar (l'unico dove poter mangiare) non erano ben puliti e abbiamo dovuto pulirli.
Il bagno ha lo stretto necessario e non aveva nemmeno il sapone per la doccia, ma la tavoletta del water non era ben fissata e quindi scomoda.
La dotazione per la cucina è davvero scarsa.
Peccato perché le potenzialità ne avrebbe molte, ma non sono ben sfruttate.
Molto bello il parco di fronte l'appartamento, ma purtroppo non è ben frequentato e di notte potrebbe essere pericoloso tornare a piedi

Very disappointed, poor communication i was supposed to be contacted 24 hrs before arrival regarding access but only because i rang and messaged several times up and till our check in time did i manage to get hold of anyone. The bath is dangerously slippery, will not be staying there again.

Basic property with no extra comforts. In need if some TLC.

Location close to docks. Apartment comfortable. Bathroom basic, toilet seat broken or not fitted correctly. No hooks or cabinets in bathroom. No shower gel - which would just have been nice as we were only there one night. Didn’t use kitchen but seemed well equipped.

Unfortunately I didn't sleep at all because the mattress was in such poor condition that I was lying on springs. Otherwise it was clean and bright. I think the owner needs to change the mattress or buy a mattress topper

Suited our needs perfectly for our short stay to take part in Gloucester half marathon.

Apartment was well located, good comms from host, easy check in and was clean.

The bed was awful. So much so we left early as couldn’t face a second night on the bed.

The kitchen could also do with a bit more equipment; an oven glove, another tea towel, and a potato masher. The toilet seat is also broken.

Short stay but clean and well supplied space.

Overall great location and a lovely little flat. There is also a lovely little patio area at the back (although unfortunately the weather wasn't nice enough to enjoy it) The owner is also very responsive with getting back to any messages

Slight negatives - access code wasn't sent in advance (although they did reply immediately when I messaged to request it). Bed was broken and very uncomfortable. It would also be nice if more toiletries were provided (most similarly priced properties provide shampoo, some provide conditioner)

Our stay was lovely, clean, cosy, and quiet area. 5 minute walk into the city. Nice walk in the park opposite. Onsite parking a bonus. Unfortunately the bed mattress needs an upgrade in our opinion. Otherwise all really good.

The room looks presentable as seen in the picture. The tiles in the shower were mouldy, and the grout was stained which made the shower look so dirty. The bed was springy, I did not get enough sleep, it was too uncomfortable. There were no amenities whatsoever like soap, shampoo etc.

Amazing location and nicely decorated studio flat. Kitchen could be slightly better equipped (very few utensils, pots & pans etc). Had to message owner to get code when I arrived (would be better to receive in advance) but they were very responsive when I messaged. Parking is a bit tricky (up a slope and quite narrow). Overall a great experience though and would recommend
