Pros:

everything from start to finish was incredible, such a clean and cozy space. the location is insanely good with everything you could need on your doorstep plus extras, Alison was a fabulous host and really enjoyed meeting and having a little chat with. Will definitely be returning to this property again! 1000000 stars from me and my partner.

Good cleanliness, comfy beds, appropriate level of utensils and equipment for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hot water stopped working after the first evening, meaning every shower was ice cold. This did not improve or resolve throughout the stay. I was disappointed as I had stayed previously and had no issues at all.

Pros:

What a find! The high ceilings make the space feel so open, and having all the 'mod cons' made my stay effortless. It’s perfectly central, so I walked everywhere. The staff were incredibly welcoming; it felt much more like a home than a standard hotel stay.

Cons:

Tram noise but that stops after a while!

Fantastic centrally located 2 bedroom apartment, ideal for short city break in Northern Quarter
Pros:

Central to the area we needed to visit. Easy to identify the entry door to the apartment block and a fantastic 'boarding pass' access using mobile phone for both main door and apartment. Whole apartment was beautifully furnished, immaculate and well equipped although we didnt use the cooking facilities. Comfy sofa and large TV with very realistic dimplex faux fire.
Good size, very well lit bathroom with over-the-bath shower. Two bedrooms, the second was an odd shape and would be a bit small for 2 people but perfectly adequate for a short stay

Pros:

Amazing apartment literally everything you could ask for. Special shout out to Alison who messaged throughout and ensured everything was ok and Ang who was a diamond from start to finish. Super clean, excellent location will 100% stay again without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment and location.
Pros:

Really lovely, comfortable apartment in an excellent location. We had everything we needed for our week's stay. Alison, the manager was fabulous and all the staff we met were really helpful.

Pleasant stay in Manchester, would recommend.
Pros:

It was placed in a good location, very close to the stations.

Decent size. Kitchen had a nice look, it was an enjoyable stay. Staff also very personable.

Would recommend

Cons:

It was a little cold but we were provided with a portable heater which helped. (Manchester is also cold so there's that)

The view is not the greatest but we pretty much spent time together so that didn't bother us. You can see other rooms if you leave your blinds open so bare that in mind..

A lovely place to stay , just keep your earplugs close.
Pros:

The property is lovely, and the staff are absolutely delightful. The place is clean, easy to find, and in a great location. It’s very suitable for a night or two.

Cons:

Even with the heating running, the living room felt chilly. Maybe we could consider getting another unit? Plus, it could really use some extra soundproofing. The tram is quite loud, and without earplugs, getting a good night’s sleep was a bit of a challenge.
