Very nice apartment in a perfect location. The place is very comfortable, nicely furnished and clean. The hosts were kind and helpful. It's a perfect place for a city break - not far from the main attractions, yet in a quiet neighbourhood.
The location was perfect and the flat more than adequately equipped with everything for a short stay.
Sadly, my toaster wasn't working properly, so I was unable to make morning toast - a small issue.
Location was great, very central, communication was easy, self catering facilites were good for breakfast, good store (M&S) by railway station which was nice and close to the apartment.
We upgraded but didn't see any benefits, no external seating we were made aware of, mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable, thermostat was erratic with no instruction provided, no safe which we were expecting, TV remote was out of charge so didn't work properly. No local information provided.

There was nothing not to like
It was close to the places I needed and access to walking areas. Clean and like having access to making my own meals.
I knew there were stairs but the pictures did not depict exactly how many. That should have been in the description. Having to go up 4 flights of steps to get to the 2nd floor and carry up luggage was difficult. It took 2-3 trips up and down. The room seemed always very warm and was told not to reset the temp.
For most part it was noise cancelling except between the rooms. You could hear their tv, conversations, etc.

La ubicación era muy buena, a 10 minutos de las estación central y próximo al centro, el apartamento estaba bien equipado y el acceso al mismo muy práctico, ademas nos permitieron dejar el equipaje en otro inmublbe, dado que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada al apartamento, en conclusión muy buena atención.

Excellent choice for your stay. Close to the Cardiff Central, right on the Taff river. Very modern and very well equipped room! Kitchenette with everything you might need, lovely king-sized bed, big TV, good Wi-fi connection. Very clean and cozy as well, loved it.
It was inconveniet that there was only tropical shower option. When one doesn't want to get hair wet this desing isn't the best to take a shower.
Great location, walking distance to everything but not too close to town to have any noise. Everything you could need for a short stay
Poor ventilation in the room which meant it was often humid because the fan in the bathroom was not very strong - had to leave a window open often which made it a bit cold inside.
Room was quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is excellent - within easy walking distance of Cardiff Castle, city centre and the train station
There is a regular Sunday market that takes out much of the available nearby parking until ~ 3pm. It would be helpful to know about that in advance. Obviously not a problem the other 6 days of the week
The bathroom could have benefitted from a towel rack rather than a hook on the back of the door.
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience here. Check-in and check-out were quick and very easy.
The location is ideal — just a short walk from the city centre, while still being in a quiet area away from the noise and crowds. It’s a perfect choice if you want to explore Cardiff and visit all the main attractions.
Another great advantage was the public parking right outside the hotel. It was very affordable, and there were always spaces available, which made things especially convenient for us.
The view from the room was incredible, overlooking the stadium and the river. The room itself was clean, bright, warm and the perfect size for a comfortable stay.
Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place we would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!
The only minor downside was the lack of a lift. For guests with heavy luggage, this could make arriving and leaving slightly inconvenient for a few minutes. For guests with mobility difficulties, I would recommend requesting a ground-floor room.
