The location and great value. The staff were very fast to respond to wrong code and pluming issues.

Cons:

The 12 & 11 rooms are on the 4th landing with 4 sets of stairs. No air conditioning

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is excellent – only about a 10-minute walk to Cardiff city centre, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The towels, soap, and shampoo were all of outstanding quality, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for everyday use.

The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple and fast thanks to the automatic key system. Everything was well organised and hassle-free.

Our host was amazing – very helpful, friendly, and provided the best recommendations for places to visit and things to do in Cardiff.

We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again! 😊💎

Pros:

Great location to central Cardiff - walkable to train station, restaurants, castle and arcades. Nice space. Easy check-in.

Cons:

Thin walls - can hear doors opening/closing. Not a huge deal but not ideal

Pros:

Beautiful well-appointed room, immaculately clean, comfortable bed, great location. Couldn't have asked for nicer accommodation, it was great!

Cons:

There was some noise from outside when we stayed - people walking past shouting at night. But I think that's inevitable in such a central location.

Truly wonderful and comfortable!
Pros:

An absolutely perfect stay in Cardiff! Honestly so beautiful, the bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing!! Super close to the train station and most major attractions! The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend staying here!

Nothing bad but just be aware that there isn’t a lift

Tolle zentrale aber ruhige Lage, ansprechende Einrichtung, auch nach der 1. Nacht wurden wir gefragt ob wir noch was brauchen, einfacher Check-In und Kommunikation, alles tiptop sauber

Küche hätte für uns noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein können (Herdplatte, mehr Optionen an Geschirr)

It was modern, clean and everything you needed for an overnight stay. Very comfortable and a nice welcoming chocolate. Great location.

Cons:

It’s a walk up… not a problem if your luggage isn’t heavy/bulky.

Cons:

No sweeping or cleaning of outside areas (staircase, patios). Poor heating regulation. Kitchen very essentially equipped. Bad access to light switches.

The location was perfect and everything was easy to find thanks to the clear directions and great communication from the host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, and I could tell a lot of thought went into the details. I also had a great night’s sleep, the street was quiet and the double doors to the hallway blocked out any noise.

Cons:

The only small issue that I experienced was that there was not hot water when I went for a shower in the afternoon, so I ended up having a cold shower before my event. Aside from that everything was excellent
