Great staff and fantastic facilities
Pros:

The staff were really helpful, the room facilities and venue facilities were better than expected, the location was great and we were upgraded to a bigger apartment which was fantastic.

10/10 would book again
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the city centre only a 10 min walk away. Rooms very well kept with excellent facilities. Easy to book in and very clear instructions both on the website and via email/whatsapp. They graciously allowed me to check out late on short notice. There was a lovely little street market outside on Sunday morning. It certainly beats the large chain hotels.

Pros:

I had booked the studio apartment for two nights, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with a spotless bathroom and a nicely stocked kitchenette- everything I needed for a short stay.

Cons:

The only issue I faced was noise from the guests upstairs; I could clearly hear them running, jumping, and thudding around. While it was manageable in the evening, it became quite disruptive on my first night when the noise continued between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., keeping me awake. I didn’t raise it since my stay was short, but it did affect the overall comfort. Apart from that, the apartment itself was excellent and would have been perfect if not for the disturbance from above.

Everything in general is very good!

Cons:

The shower is fixed on the ceiling, so it is not very convenient. The bathroom light turns off automatically every 1-2 minutes even when showering...(I have to open the shower door again and again to activate it) But they are not big problems.
