Very pleasant small but clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay in a great location. The artisan food
Pros:

Lovely old property refurbished to a high standard. Great location, small but central and quiet and only 5min walk to station, shops etc having the terrace was great.

Cons:

Could do with a few hooks for hanging or some drawers. Having the tables and chairs for the other studios and flats right outside the bedroom window, so a blind for privacy would be nice, without having to keep the curtains closed and room constantly dark.

An excellent place to stay! We loved it!
Pros:

The location is excellent! It is exceptionally clean! The owners are very helpful and kind! Everything was lovely and in good repair! We will definitely stay there again!

Cons:

When on vacation, it is nice to have check out at noon, rather than 10:30 AM.

Pros:

It was a great location from which I could easily walk to sites or catch transportation. It was spotlessly clean and though small, had everything I needed. Maid service is provided daily for towels and general clean-up. Having the convenience of a kitchenette is fantastic. Although I did not meet the owners, all conversations were answered promptly via the online booking I used and entry and exit instructions were easy to follow.

Cons:

I wished I could have checked in a little early (1 hr) but I understand the need to operate on a timeline.

Mooi appartement op een mooie locatie!
Pros:

Het appartement zat aan de voorkant van het huis, dus we hadden een mooi uitzicht op de rivier en het stadion.
Het zag er allemaal netjes en schoon uit. Ondanks het feit dat je niet kunt koken is er wel een magnetron/oven, een broosrooster, een waterkoker en een koffiezetapparaat.
Het bed was goed en de douche erg fijn.

Cons:

Een paar kleine dingetjes die we misten:
We kregen maar 1 handdoek per persoon. 1 extra was fijner geweest.
En goed om te weten dat je niet kunt koken in het appartement. Er is wel een oven of magnetron, dus je kunt zaken opwarmen.
Het was warm doen wij er waren, de kamer heeft geen airco. Wel stond er een ventilator, maar het bleef warm.

Cons:

We were disappointed that we were not advised in advance that maintenance staff would need access via our room until they had arrived. Communication with the hosts over this matter wasn’t great.

While a small fan was available, it wasn’t particularly effective and the apartment didn’t have aircon unfortunately. But to be fair - the owners cannot control the weather - it was a super hot during our stay.

Great location but bring ear plugs in warm weather!!
Pros:

Well-designed, modern studio. Location was perfect. Close to train/bus station and also attractions such as Cardiff Castle, Bute Park and shopping area.

Cons:

It was v warm when we stayed so had to keep windows open so it was quite noisy at night/early morning. Our room looked out onto the street and the noise from traffic, sea gulls and market setting up across the street on Sunday morning and the heat made it difficult to sleep. It would be great if owners could provide fans during hot weather.

Great flat. Great location. Great host.
Pros:

Only a few minutes from the station and city centre, on remarkably quiet street with Principality Stadium across river. Well-equipped modern apartment with microwave, fridge, sink etc. Clean. Loads of sockets all with USB. Very clever and efficient key system to give access. Modern fit out with good ensuite. We had room 9 on first floor. Quiet fan provided but as the room is East facing the sun only came in in the morning and even in the third heatwave of the year, by judicious use of curtains and open windows we kept it cool enough. Charlie is the perfect host offering very quick and positive response to any query and going out of his way to help.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit sagging at edges where previous occupants had probably sat.
