Great location good space available parking was fine no issues

One of the worst places we have ever booked when coming to Blackpool which is something we do regularly. Paid nearly £300 for the weekend plus a damage deposit of £100. When we arrived, the place was FILTHY! Stunk of weed, the place was so damp the wallpaper was actually falling off, holes in the walls, cobwebs spiders above the bed, bathroom was HORRENDOUS. That much limescale under the taps they hardly turned on. We didn't end up staying booked somewhere else as was that bad. Customer service was SHOCKING. There was a guy at property who wasn't in charge and when I said about the place not looking like the pics his response was to laugh and say 'pictures 5 years ago?' Blanked every single call/text & because they didn't get back to us unable to get a refund :( by far the worst experience I've ever had in blackpool. DO NOT STAY HERE

Pros:

The location was spot on 2 min walk from coral island. The manager went above and beyond. Very comfortable beds will definitely book again 100%

Cons:

It was dirty my sister had to clean the kitchen area & microwave before we could use anything plus the fact the boxes outside the door to our room was health and safety issue it there was a fire as no way I could have got out there or through the window either. Also the dish sponge that was left was horrible.

If you’re going for a weekend of debauchery then this is your place to just crash. It is not suitable for families
Pros:

The owner seemed friendly enough, but the property has massive issues.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, toilet was broken and not fixed until I sorted it myself, not enough plug sockets in the room with a fridge plugged into a 4 socket extension lead which is a massive fire hazard. The fire exit was totally blocked by random boxes in the way in front of my room. The room in general just felt tired, poorly decorated and like a student dorm. The shower head holder was non existent meaning you had to hold the shower at all times. I understand its budget, but this shouldn’t even be £20 a night let alone the £60 per night I paid.
