Pros:

La ubicación, la distribución, el tamaño, la limpieza. Tenía de todo. Incluso nos llevaron detergente para el lavarropas. Ana es encantadora.

Cons:

Que había una obra al lado y hacían mucho ruido desde temprano.

Great stay with friends … great accommodation helped make the weekend special.
Pros:

The property is very central in a great location. We stayed in 3 of the 4 apartments. All spacious, well equipped and immaculately cleaned. Customer service was 5 star. I paid for early check in of 1 apartment. I was called the day before to run through all details and advised they would make the biggest apartment available for our early check in giving us plenty of space to get ready. On the day of check in I was kept well informed of when apartments would be ready and of key codes. They also had the other 2 apartments ready for us within an hour of the early check in, being kept well informed throughout via WhatsApp. Wonderful stay, wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!

Easy access. Right in the city centre.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom with toilet that you can barely use. Bed that doesn’t suit anyone who is even a bit on the taller side. Poor quality towels that left a ‘fluff’ on you afterwards. Constant email spam about the extras you can buy such as early check-in or late check-out. Big deposit. Late information about how to access the apartment, which can be a nightmare if you have issues with mobile data usage.

O apartamento é fantástico e a localização excelente.

Cons:

Do barulho. De terem afirmando que é ideal para 4 adultos e não é, sendo 2 casais, pensei que iria ter um quarto para um casal e a sala para outro e tivemos que dormir todos no mesmo espaço físico.

We had a wonderful stay at Mono suites, will book again when back in Edinburgh
Pros:

Great location, very clean and spacious (we had suite 1 in New Town) very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The noise from the bar below and the street, the mattress of the pull out couch is not very comfortable, it was ok for small kids but not for an adult

Be per a una nit, pero li falla la sonoritat
Pros:

El apartament era molt bonic, i contava amb tot el que podiem necessitar de sabó, xampú, coses de cuina... s'entrava en codi d'accés, i el personal va estar molt atent i em responien enseguida davant qualsevol dubte que tenia. També vam poder deixar les maletes a la recepció.

Cons:

S'escoltaven molt de nit els sorolls del carrer: del tràfic, el bar de baix, la gent que passava... i el sofà llit era incòmode...

NOT AN ENJOYABLE STAY
Pros:

Ana the hostess was lovely and friendly. Inside apartment was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Didnt sleep the whole night. Room was directly above a bar with live music and noise until about 4am. Noise started again at 7am with pub changing kegs. Busy main road and bus route with bus stop just outside window. Earplugs supplied but noise still awful. Verh small double bed. Not suitable for 2 adults, one of us had to sleep on sofa.

Great location, stylish apartment, but noisy

Very noisy all night… ( thanks for the earplugs though!!.. they were a wee hint)😅
Seems common not to have a toaster ( we always have them in Australia)… not a criticism, just an observation
