We had a wonderful stay at Mono suites, will book again when back in Edinburgh
Pros:

Great location, very clean and spacious (we had suite 1 in New Town) very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The noise from the bar below and the street, the mattress of the pull out couch is not very comfortable, it was ok for small kids but not for an adult

Be per a una nit, pero li falla la sonoritat
Pros:

El apartament era molt bonic, i contava amb tot el que podiem necessitar de sabó, xampú, coses de cuina... s'entrava en codi d'accés, i el personal va estar molt atent i em responien enseguida davant qualsevol dubte que tenia. També vam poder deixar les maletes a la recepció.

Cons:

S'escoltaven molt de nit els sorolls del carrer: del tràfic, el bar de baix, la gent que passava... i el sofà llit era incòmode...

NOT AN ENJOYABLE STAY
Pros:

Ana the hostess was lovely and friendly. Inside apartment was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Didnt sleep the whole night. Room was directly above a bar with live music and noise until about 4am. Noise started again at 7am with pub changing kegs. Busy main road and bus route with bus stop just outside window. Earplugs supplied but noise still awful. Verh small double bed. Not suitable for 2 adults, one of us had to sleep on sofa.

Very noisy all night… ( thanks for the earplugs though!!.. they were a wee hint)😅
Seems common not to have a toaster ( we always have them in Australia)… not a criticism, just an observation

Perfect location, really nice and modern apartment and great value for money
Pros:

Amazing location. Bang centre of the town and walkable distance to everything. Apartment itself was huge and had loads of space with plenty of mentored such as a fridge, oven, microwave etc.

Cons:

The beds were quite small especially for 2 people in each and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs and wooden planks underneath the mattress

Pros:

Easy chrck in, loved the fact there was no key and all number pad entry. Really.comfy bed and good shower. Comfy sofa and well equiped kitchen.

A great base in exploring Edinburgh.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Mono Suites Edinburgh. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to major landmarks, train station and tourist spots, which made exploring the city so easy. There are plenty of cafés, pubs, and restaurants right outside, so you’re never short of food options or a nice place to unwind. There’s also a bus stop on front. The room was clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

The toilet/shower is small and compact might be too small for larger people, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Just something to note — since there’s an Irish pub next door, you can hear some noise at night but usually shuts at midnight. It didn’t ruin our stay, but light sleepers might want to be aware.
