Apartment was set up great in good location for my needs, on viewing the rooms we noticed the sofa being dusty and dirty. It needed a hoover and a wipe down. Bedroom two, the bedding was full of hair, as if a dog had been living in it. Upon request for changing of the bedding, I was simply asked to change it myself, which would be fine if I did not pay over £300 a night. I messaged your apartment to resolve my issues amicably but to no avail. Very disappointed and looking to take the complaint further with hotels.com

No heat for 2 days
Pros:

Below-average experience. Apartment was 14-degrees C upon arrival. Apparently, renters are expected to adjust the boiler during their stay...it's even written in the house instructions. The housekeeper (who kept typing in our lock code and coming in and out the apartment...) ended up bringing us 2 space heaters that we had to rely on for heating up the entire apartment; one stopped working after 2 days. Poor communication; heat was finally addressed 2 days later only after I contacted Hotels.com for a refund. The sliding door leading to the open patio also could not lock. No closets to place clothes, not even a dresser, just a hanging rack in each room. Far from city centre. The apartment is very clean, however, and contrary to other comments, there was no issue with people hanging around/dumping trash outside. There's also a nice cafe next door. Very affordable, but I would not stay here again. Got sick b/c of temp change. Ruined the entire birthday trip, especially for my 63-year old mother. Disappointing.

The apartment was very comfortable. The only downer was that it was a bit of a strain for a 66yr old to get heavy luggage up to the top floor.

Comfortable Central Stay
Pros:

Good location, good accommodation overall. Close to your Tesco Express and solid breakfast cafe just around the corner.
Bed was very comfortable.
Kitchen could have used with a couple more utensils, as I cooked myself. Other than that - good stay - would stay again.

Pros:

Easily accessible (bus stop right outside) a few stops away from underground station. Perfect location near shops and restaurants and just tucked away. Although it was attic apartment - it was very spacious!

Apartment very spacious and pleasant but first impression marred by waste overspill attractive to vagrants (guy rifling through rubbish took off when we arrived)
Would have been 4 stars otherwise

Pros:

This is one of the best places I've stayed, especially considering price and location. The apartment was large, clean, well-decorated, and all in all made for a very pleasant stay :)
