Very bad experience – do not recommend
We booked this hotel apartment through Booking.com and completed the full payment online in advance. When we arrived at the property on the day of our stay, the staff told us they did not accept online payments and refused to give us the room.
Despite showing proof of payment and confirmation, they did not provide any solution. No refund was given, and we were told we would only get the room if we paid the full amount again, which is completely unacceptable.
As a result, we lost all our money and were left without accommodation. This shows a lack of professionalism, poor management, and extremely unfair treatment of guests.
I strongly advise others to avoid this property to prevent losing money and facing unnecessary stress.

ان الفندق لا يستقبل اي حجز عبر تطبيق بوكينج لانهم الغوا تعاقدهم مع مجموعة OYO بسبب متأخرات مالية، ولهذا لم يسمحوا لي بالدخول، وعند مراسلة ادارة شركة OYO لم يتجاوبوا معي وحتى رقم الهاتف المذكور لا يقوم بالرد على المكالمات وانما يضعك على المجيب الالي لدقائق ثم يغلق المكالمة، حاولت الاتصال بهم اكثر من مرة ولمدة 15 الى 20 دقيقة ولكن بدون فائدة .... نصيحة للجميع تجنب الحجز في اي فندق يتبع شركة OYO في سلطنة عمان

The place was amazing and the room have much space . It's clean and super quiet and i like that the TV was smart with YouTube and Netflix. The most thing i like that they was so quick when i check in really good stuff was there and so kind .
