The breakfast can be better🙂
Hotel was erg hygiënisch en het personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid.

The location was super good, breakfast buffet was very fresh and well prepared and the pool was amazing
The staff are very nice but they lack attention to details. For example we are two in the room they have only one dental kit and one bath robe, and after cleaning they didn’t restock water bottles till I asked for.
Free Cake and chocolates 4-5pm(should be at breakfast buffet though... cause who will be in the hotel 4-5pm? Less guests)
Ice cream at the breakfast buffet was good.
Clean and big room. The shower gel smells nice.
They give 4 bottles of water in the room which usually hotels give 2 bottles so it was nice. And water tasted good.
Breakfast was like 3 stars hotel. All main dishes (hot meals) are Arabic foods which I don't like as foreigner. So i ate only omelette(it was almost egg no veggies), cereals were like eating sugar, breads are so hard after one bite i couldn't eat.
Swimming pool is infinity pool but under instruction view haha.
No sleepers in the 5 stars hotel.
Most annoying thing was we were staying 4th floor, but the DJ at the bar which is 9 floor we could hear the noise in our room.... I asked my bf do you hear that he said yes.
The booking dot com showed me only one room left when actually this hotel had less than 50 guests. So dinner buffet was closed.
We are living in oman so we go a lot of hotels here, and we don't usually bring ID wherever we go as we live here, but this was the only hotel which we must bring physical ID to check in. I mean i can bring of course however they should mention, tell us when we book the hotel. Imagine you live 30 mins away driving distance like amerat barka and you must bring it. Other hotels in muscat they deal with this by photo.

HOTEL SITUÉ ENTRE 2 BUILDINGS DONC SANS VUE !!!! TOUTE VIE EST À L'INTÉRIEUR.....
QUANT À LA PISCINE SUR LE TOIT, ELLE DONNE SUR 1 IMMENSE CHANTIER QUI NE FAIT PAS RÊVER.....
C 1 HÔTEL JUSTE POUR DORMIR MAIS DU COUP, CHER ET MAL PLACÉ....
MAUVAIS CHOIX POUR MA PART.....
The cleaning staff was very good specially Sahil who always did a very good job with a smile on their face. Beza at the reception was also very helpful.
