I was disappointed from the hotel this time.
Pros:

No thing special. A speciality coffee shop close to the hotel.

Cons:

Swimming pool was under maintenance. No alternative option.
Refrigerator was not cooling.
Delay in valet mainly getting the car back.

النظافة وموظفي الاستقبال وموظفي ركن السيارات والمسبح

Cons:

وصولنا وقت ساعة الشكولاته وبطبيعة الحال بسبب الإرهاق اردنا أخذ الشكولاته للغرف ولكن الموظف لين كان اسلوبها مختلف وتعاملت معنا بأسلوب جاف وإنه لا يمكن ان نأخذ الشكولاته للغرف لذلك تركت انطباع سيء عن الفندق وكان بالإمكان إيصال الرسالة بأسلوب جميل

تجربة ممتازة من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة.

بمجرد وصولنا، استقبلنا مدير الفندق السيد رامي بكل ترحيب واهتمام، وكانت لفتة مميزة جدًا منه أنه كان على علم مسبق بأننا عائلة، وقام قبل وصولنا بترتيب غرفتين متصلتين لنا، بالإضافة إلى ترقية الغرفة. هذا الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وتوقع احتياجات الضيف قبل وصوله أمر نقدّره كثيرًا ويعكس مستوى احترافيًا عاليًا في الخدمة.

الفندق بشكل عام نظيف جدًا، راقٍ، مرتب ومريح. المسبح الموجود على سطح الفندق واسع وجميل جدًا، خصوصًا مقارنة بالمسابح الموجودة عادةً على أسطح الفنادق.

الإفطار ممتاز ومتنوع جدًا، وجميع المرافق كانت نظيفة ومرتبة ومريحة بدرجة ممتازة.

من أفضل الأمور بالنسبة لنا أن الفندق مناسب جدًا للعائلات، وكانت إقامتنا مريحة من جميع النواحي.

شكر خاص للسيد رامي على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام والترتيب المسبق. بالتأكيد فندق يستحق التوصية، وسنكون سعداء بتكرار الإقامة فيه مستقبلًا.
