نظافة الشقه
الشيك ان بطي جدا الموقع سئ جدا طلبت شقه هادئه اعطوني شقه على الشارع أسمع ضجيج السيارات اليوم الاول لم نتناول وجبة الافطار بسبب الزحمه الشديده وسوء التنظيم . أي شكوى او ملاحظه تتقدم بها للأستقبال يكون الرد ماقدر أسوي لك شي . سلمتهم ثوببن وطلبت مجرد كوي ولم يتم تسليمي أياها الا بعد 24 ساعه الفندق مليئ بالجاليه الهنديه مع عدد كبير من الاطفال مزعجين جدا خاصة لما تحتاج أي شي من الاستقبال
طلبت منهم في اليوم قبل الأخير تنظيف الشقه ولكن للأسف لم يتم تنظيفها
للأسف لا يوجد تفاهم بين الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف
ايضا يوجد في الشقه نافذه صغيره غير مغطاه ممايجعل نور الشمس يدخل من خلالها للشقه فيصبح النوم في النهار صعب
وسعره غالي مقابل خدماته ومن الظلم أن بكون من فئة الخمس نجوم
Hotel very clean and breakfast is amazing
Was too much croweded in eid which made the pool full.
Location and staff was super friendly
The cleanliness of the room was not up to the expected standard. During my 3-day stay, the room was only cleaned once, and even then the cleaning was done poorly. There were visible cleaning marks left on surfaces, and several used items were not replaced or replenished. This was disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expected. Food was average not a menu that will impress people.

Vi kom aldrig til at bo på hotellet. Da vi kom for at tjekke ind 5pm fik vi at vide det ville tage omkring 2 timer før vores værelser ville være klar.
Spacious and clean rooms. Nice contemporary style. Good amd varied food for breakfast
We had to queue for 45 mins in the lobby to access breakfast! I didn’t manage to get eggs for my breakfast as there were 47 orders before mine!
My room got made up at 7pm in the evening!
This hotel is totally unprepared for full occupancy!
Amazing Staff
The rooms are big and nicely furnished. The location is good.
1. The pillows are incredibly stiff and flat.
2. On my last day the hotel was crowded beyond what was acceptable. I could not access the breakfast buffet that was included in my fee because the queue was insane. The only solution I got was to take a tiny box with some items and one drink.
3. Because of how crowded it was with families and kids, the lobby was unbearably loud and messy, the pick up and drop off zone was horrible and the waiting times for valet were super long.
4. Because of the amount of people going up and down the elevatos, the waiting times to use them were very long and often the elevator itself would come to your floor already full. The floor was also soaking wet from the people using the pool and not drying themselves.
