Pros:

The location was good.There was no breakfast

Cons:

When they took us to a room, the door latch didn't work. They knew it, they showed it to us. And then it's 7 days, we're there. No one ever fixed it. I guess it's fine to leave small things not done.

Okay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Good location, right near the San Pedro express water taxi. Staff were lovely and gave us some good recommendations. Free use of beach towels was also very helpful.

Cons:

Room was okay but the double bed was pretty small! The bathroom construction also looked unfinished with gaps/holes in the timber work and the sink which was not fixed securely.

Ok for a low expectation budget stay
Pros:

Bed was moderately comfortable. Tv was large. WiFi was decent once you found the right network for your location. Location ideal for water taxi-not airport

Cons:

There is no elevator. Walls are paper thin-bring ear plugs. I slept with my noise cancelling headphones on. There’s nowhere in the shower to store personal care items. Dark hairs were found all over the room. Pillows were all different

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Good location and large, spacious rooms. The staff was also very friendly. Considering the general conditions and prices of accommodation in San Pedro, this was a pretty good choice.

Cons:

Though spacious, the rooms are pretty basic concerning the toiletries or amenities.

It was a good location to the water terminal but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location was great. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

I booked two rooms. There were issues with the balcony on both. One room the balcony door didn’t open at all. This issue did not get fixed although the maintenance man communicated to the front desk it was, it in fact had not been. A day before I checked out they offered me another room but I was leaving soon and over it. The other room the balcony door was unlocked and we weren’t given a key. I also didn’t like how you have to request to get your room cleaned and had to turn in old towels to get new ones.

If you need a cheap place to sleep for the night, this place will do the job
Pros:

This is an old bare bones "resort". If you need place to sleep for a night, it does the job. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our view was of a junk yard
Refrigerator wasn't cool at all
In need of a lot of TLC
No hot water in the sink

Pros:

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I really appreciated how available and accommodating they were. Any time I had a problem or needed something, they had it handled quickly. I had some wifi issues the first few nights, and they restarted the routers and had 2 WiFi servers which ended up working just fine for me to be able to watch TV and work remotely. They offered beach towels, had a cold/hot water tank to refill bottles with filtered water, and even provided me with bug spray.

The pool was nice (though chilly!), and the location of the hotel was great because it was right next door to a lot of really great restaurants, especially Margie & Kenny’s. Some places of interest do require a golf cart, but a swimmable beach can be walked to in about 10 minutes.

Cons:

I booked hoping to be close to the beach, but the area is not really swimmable, so keep that in mind.

I stayed on the first floor (at my own request due to luggage), and I will say - you hear everything in the hallway very clearly, including people walking around and talking loudly. It didn’t really bother me much because I’m not a light sleeper, but also something to keep in mind.
