The units we stayed in need maintenance. Our real issue is with booking.com and false advertising.we booked this for the roof top pool and when we got here it is only available to those in the penthouse suites.

Nice place to stay. More of a local vibe than the more touristy downtown.

I did not like the fact that my room was near the entrance, because of this, I heard everyone passing by to go to their rooms. Which means, I did not sleep very well seeing it was New Years and everyone was coming in past midnight. Had I gotten a different room. My entire stay would have been amazing. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was great!

Okay for a short stay
Pros:

Great that the hotel offers pick up from airport/water taxi ports. Room was clean with a good sized bathroom. Juan in the restaurant was great, one of few people during my trip that understood celiac disease so felt super safe with the food here. Golf carts available to rent from the hotel. Primary reason for stay in San Pedro was diving and pickup was available from the dock across the road.

Cons:

The larger bed in the room felt like the mattress needed replacing, the single was okay. The rooms don't have hot water from the sink for hand washing. More hanging space in the bathroom for wet swimwear would be great for rooms without a balcony. Not a fault of the hotel, but may be useful info for light sleepers - noise travels very easily through the hotel so if inconsiderate guests are around expect to be disturbed. Pool area was very shaded, probably a bonus for some but I prefer full sun.
