What a gem this place is! Excellent rooms and great dining options!

The 1st room I moved to I was not comfortable with. But the second room I really loved so much. My stay was awesome. It was nice and peaceful and the price was not bad.

The customer service was top-notch. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The roof-top pool was a little smaller than we expected but the views were amazing.

Unfortunately I can't recommend the restaurant or bar. The service was good but we did not like the dishes we ordered and the drinks were not good. There are two great coffee shops a few steps away from the hotel and we ordered food from the food trucks next door, which was really good.

I would definitely stay at Watermark again. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip and the property is wonderful.

The Watermark Hotel is hands down the best place to stay in San Pedro! We had an absolutely amazing time! The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, the food was unbelievably good, and our room was incredibly comfortable.
Don’t miss out on the shrimp curry. It was one of the best I've ever had! The seafood platter can give Caramba a run for the money. The spicy mangorita was so good!
Everything about our stay was top-notch, and it's easy to see why this is the place to stay in San Pedro. We are already looking forward to our next visit. A solid 5 stars!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The service was truly five-star quality—every request was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care.

The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients made dining here a real pleasure.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel. This is a nice modern and new hotel with about 7 floors. I can’t remember exactly. The ladies at the front desk are so great. I’m really bad with remembering names. I know Julianie was a big help when it came to reservations at Caramba's for birthday celebration. They also helped book reservations for facials and massages for us as well. Sooo good!! Get one pls! The rooms are a nice size and we loved the showers. They even decorated the room for my son. That was nice! This hotel has a lovely rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar. They make some really good drinks with friendly bartenders! You also get a welcome drink as well! Gorgeous views and nice photo ops! Whatever you need they are there to help! They gave us suggestions on where to eat and the best time to go as well. I look forward to returning there in the future to see the new renovations too! I know it’s going to be great bc it already is! Thank you to all the ladies. Great customer service!

Great hotel & in the local area. Affordable

Eveleine took great care of me as a guest and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Got two welcome drinks, a plate of fruit and discount for the spa, which was great. I however did not like the noise around the hotel at night. There was loud music at night.

Definitely will need a golf cart. But nice property for sure

At courtyard, bbq so delicious, guy on d grill so profesional, and bartender and waiter r so friendly, they even recommended watermark viewtop restaurant but we already been there and experienced is not like down..... those guys deserve 💯 , guys try belize it with bbq , only at courtyard

I booked my senior parents at the watermark as we were staying near by. The hotel is beautifully designed, centrally located and filled with wonderful staff. The elevator was a must have for my parents and it allowed them access to the amazing rooftop pool and restaurant with an incredible view. The room was very clean and had everything they needed. The restaurant and additional food trucks had great dinner options at very fair prices. The servers, front desk, house keeping and manager were all a big part in making our vacation a memorable one. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

The 6th floor Restaurant and pool was the best. We had the view of the entire Island, sea and Lagoon. Definitely a must visit.
