Stylish accommodation in a great location. Highlighting Recommended.
Pros:

A great combination of modern and characterful accommodation. Excellent location on Robertson Quay, giving direct access to the riverside footpaths. The complementary bicycles and drinks/snacks were both very much appreciated. The hotel staff were top notch.

Cons:

Good pool, but a couple more loungers would have been useful at busier times.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and offers ample working space. Rooms are well appointed and spacious for Singapore. Location is convenient with lots of dining options close by and shopping if you are staying for a while.

Cons:

Breakfast is included but is a very limited/sad selection. Same spread of limited options (hope you like hard boiled eggs and granola) and when you are staying for weeks in a row, it gets repetitive/mundane fast.

Moments of truth like a family medical emergency requiring immediate departure are where companies either shine or fail dramatically. In this regard, unfortunately, all the great things about the accommodation were replaced by a completely unsympathetic policy and unfriendly staff. Got the news that no traveller wants to get, accident back home and spouse is in hospital. I informed reception that I needed to check out early due to medical emergency back home and before I could hand my key over, the staff were very insistent that I would be charged the complete amount and no refund would be provided. No, "Sorry to hear that", "I hope everything is ok" or "can we help you to get to the airport" or "can we assist you in arranging return travel". Just we will charge the full amount. I did not even ask, but the receptionist (i suppose wanting to proactively address the question she was anticipating) felt it most appropriate to clarify their early check out policy. My thoughts were all about how to get home as quickly as possible and praying that things were going ok back home. Could not have cared less about the policy at that moment. Left immediately and will use an alternative accommodation during my next trip.

When visiting family in Singapore the Fraser River residences is the ONLY play we will stay.
Pros:

The room, staff, amenities, and location is exceptional. The complimentary breakfast (including unlimited coffee) and Happy Hour hors d'oeuvres (with various alcoholic beverages) was outstanding.

The main lobby/lounge is a perfect balance between comfort and productive for those who tend to work on laptops throughout the day (e.g. quiet, cooling, and peaceful).

It is in a perfect location between the Great World mall and Clarke Quay and easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or the various MRT entry points.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Beautiful unique designed hotel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast and evening drinks were lovely and a good choice. Nice area near to an underground station. Room was well equipped even with its own washing machine.

Perhaps include an iron and ironing board in the rooms

Pros:

Le design de l'hôtel est original et sa localisation le long de la rivière est pratique (beaucoup de restaurants proches).
L'équipement de la chambre est très complet.
Un happy hour est offert tous les soirs par l'hôtel.
La piscine est très belle.
