schönes Appartement mit sehr guter Ausstattung, incl. kleiner Küche , Waschmaschine, B+O Musicbox. Pool ohne zeitliche Restriktionen. Lounge mit kleinen Häppchen und Getränken von 17-19 Uhr!

Topmodernes Hotel in toller Lage – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir hatten 4 Nächte im Executive Studio mit Flussblick im Fraser Residence River Promenade und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.Das Hotel ist modern, angenehm überschaubar und liegt sehr ruhig direkt am Singapore River. Man kann wunderbar zu Fuß eine Strecke bis zur Marina Bay laufen oder nutzt die nahe MRT, oder Grab, um blitzschnell in der Stadt zu sein. Die Apartments sind topmodern, toll ausgestattet mit Kitchenette und Waschmaschine.Auch kulinarisch hat es uns sehr gefallen: Morgens gibt es ein kleines, feines Buffet. Nachmittags wartet ein kostenloser Imbiss inklusive Wein, Bier und Cocktails zum Selbermixen. Kaffee, Wasser und Saft stehen sogar 24 Stunden am Tag gratis bereit.Das gesamte Team ist fantastisch und extrem herzlich. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Frau Thulasi, die immer tolle Tipps für uns hatte und jede Frage beantworten konnte. Vielen Dank für den leider zu kurzen Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Breakfast and afternoon drinks provided daily. Location was great. The otters in the river nearby.nice housekeeping staff, welcome drinks and macaroons. Provided gluten free bread.

Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed. We love that it is a boutique hotel and the location is fantastic. Close to great world train station / shopping centre and hawker. Rooms are small but very nice. Breakfast is good ( continental) and happy hour was a deciding factor when coming back with our extended family. Family did find the bed too hard however it was addressed quickly with a mattress topper added. Next time we would also ask for this. Lovely hotel and all staff are really friendly and accomodating, highly recommend.

Beds are on the hard side.

Wonderful stay in Fraser Regency Promenade
Pros:

Great ambience, service and amenities of the service apartment. Complimentary happy hour is a bonus! 😁 The convenience of the nearby MRT, cafes, shopping centre & hawker centre tops the location of why we choose this place.

Cons:

The mattress is a bit too hard to our liking. But the choice of having a mattress topper helps a lot and the change of different pillows.
Just a suggestion - living the varieties of the Asian and Western breakfast. But it will be good if the Asian breakfast with the local name can have an English explanation of what it is will invite more people to try.

We enjoyed the location of the property, the welcome by Roderick the Manager on Duty when we checked-in was fantastic. He led the tour of the place as well as our room. The personal service was a very pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast and afternoon refreshment. Also, I appreciated that the studio room had its own Bluetooth B&O speaker, Dyson hairdryer, pod coffee machine, etc.
We also appreciate the regular room service, and at a high level of service (eg., making the bed, changing towels)

Cons:

The light switches could be more programmed to be more intuitive to turn on and off. The lamp by my side of the bed did not work.

Pros:

We enjoyed the stylish and relaxing atmosphere of Fraser Residence. All staff made us feel like staying with family, a home away from home. Breakfasts and afternoon happy hours were generous and a welcome start to the day and the evening. The location so close to Singapore River with many eating places and bars is wonderful and nice for an evening stroll. I would be happy to stay again at Fraser Residence River Promenade.

Pros:

It was a fantastic location next to the river, which was quiet and peaceful, quite different from the usual downtown Singapore city experience. To be able to walk out onto the river and catch sight of an otter family whilst walking or bike riding was special. At the same time, it was located between two MRT stations, as well as being close to bus stops, enabling easy access to every part of the island.
In addition, the hospitality and personalised attention of Roderick ensured we were welcomed and every need was met. A bonus to the inclusive breakfast was the nightly refreshments.

Nothing. All our needs were exceeded.

Hidden gem, perfect location to explore the island and retire each day in comfort and style.
Pros:

Love that it’s a boutique place your not just a faceless patron here the staff get to know you. Quiet and love that it’s not a high rise but converted warehouses very stylish and modern interiors

Cons:

Nothing to dislike about the property. The only slight mishap for me personally was no Gluten Free bread on day 1 breakfast but this was quickly remedied the next day and for the rest of my stay thanks to the helpful staff.
