The studio provided utensils and such which was convenient, while the staff was nice.
Constant door slamming or voices from the outside can be heard quite loudly
We found the small self contained studio very useful. We were able to make our own breakfasts, keep drinks and snacks chilled and prepare/cook a couple of evening meals although we preferred to eat out either locally or in other districts of Singapore. Our room (401) did have a hairdryer (based on previous reviews we took a travel size hairdryer and didn't need to). There is a large flat screen wall mounted TV (didn't use so cannot comment). The accommodation made a very good base for our week plus stay. Mostly used the very efficient MRT (a 10 min walk up/down a hill) but we also used the buses (had to change one or two times to get to destination) as an alternative as they stopped very near to the accommodation. The staff on reception (until 7pm) are all very friendly and helpful. I had my larger suitcase carried up and brought back down which was a great help given we were on the 4th floor (no lift). There are two malls nearby, the one opposite includes a McDonalds, chemist, bakery and a large grocery store, I also used the Chinese bakery opposite the mall several times. There was a cat cafe a five minute walk away with the largest, fluffiest cats imaginable.
It is a small size so be prepared for that, however based on our research it was a similar amount as a basic hotel room without the self catering facilities. The person sleeping nearest the wall (me!) would have to shuffle to the end of the bed and shuffle along the 30cmish gap to get out. We didn't try to open the window to freshen up the room as we didn't want to alter the air con. The towel change is once a week, given how many showers were necessary we probably should have asked for clean towels in between, we did however ask and receive the extra toilet paper we needed for the duration of our stay. There is desk/table space for one and although adjustable I would have preferred a chair without armrests which meant the chair did not fit under the desk when not in use, so even less room to get past. It may be that all booking.com guests are given the fourth floor so be aware of that as no lift (which is clearly stated in other reviews anyway)

I spent 4 weeks in this Appartement. Novenas location to city center is okey, the bus takes around 40 minutes. Very small room, but got everything you need to prepare a small meal and sleep. Friendly staff and free drinking water in a small coworking space.
The room was poorly soundproofed, other guests were quite loud sometimes. Bad smell from the drainage in the bathroom. No elevator.
Good location, buses and food court nearby. Very good staff.
Unfortunately the beds where not foldable and no washing machines was available.

No lift. Had to carry luggage all the way to fourth floor although the staff helped me carrying the luggage. Location was not ideal , little far from centre and mrt station
