Overall the location is good. No lift is a big let down.

Good stay, worth the price
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff

Cons:

No lift. Had to carry luggage all the way to fourth floor although the staff helped me carrying the luggage. Location was not ideal , little far from centre and mrt station

I’m aware of the humid weather in Singapore making cold showers better than warm showers, but I had no hot water during my entire stay.

床有点不好，松动，而且床低很多床腓，人会踢到脚的。会让人受伤，床垫背松脱会掉下来。

The entire area is clean and tidy. Ground floor was available during my stay which went well cause i was carrying heavy items
