Déçu a tous les niveaux... personnel non formé à la politesse hôtelière. Climatiseur non nettoyer. J'en suis sortie enrhumé... une odeurs dans la chambre indescriptible... ca sentait du moisi avec une forte odeur de produits de nettoyage... vraiment cauchemardesque. Entre des agents de sécurité qui vous fouillent littéralement les poches, les réceptionnistes qui demandent de faire leur boulot à leur place entre autre de vous enregistrer vous-même sur un site qu'il vous propose via un wifi non fonctionnel et une femme de ménage qui vous surprend dans votre chambre alors que vous êtes tout nu... je vous assure. Je ne recommande pas du tout ... surtout à une habituée à la qualité hôtelière du même classement c'est à dire 4 étoiles...

Bel hôtel, très beau matériaux, prestations de qualité, seul bémol la piscine n'est pas disponible le matin, donc quand on arrive Tard le soir aucune possibilité de profiter de la piscine

Séjour excellent, la réception a commis quelque petites erreurs mais rien de bien méchant bon endroit stratégique pour bien profiter de Abidjan, la literie est également bonne.

The staff were courteous.
Breakfast was below what I expected.
Also we booked a room for 2 people and was informed during booking that breakfast was free but they said that breakfast was free for only one person.
