Cons:

We were not aware that all rooms (excluding bedroom) are shared, but it was probably by our own mistake. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, hall, livingroom is shared. Bedroom for 2+1 was very small (9 m2). Breakfast is selfservis what you can find in the fridge.
