The apartment was well equipped, with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. Easy check-in with a mobile key. The hosts responded quickly. Complimentary water and bottle of wine on arrival.
One of the bedrooms and the office were in the basement (level -1), with limited natural light. The bedroom was right next to the parking garage gate, which opened loudly and could be heard in both the bedroom and the office, disturbing my sleep early in the morning. The apartment building is on a steep hill, and it was difficult for my elderly mom to climb.

Very clean and very friendly staff.Rooms are very neat and cosy.
Rooms are not equiped with door bells as such staff have to nock very hard at the doors for service delivery.That is kind of disturbing especially when one is sleeping.
The street leading to the hotel entrance is dusty and not deveveloped.
Room rate is high though.

The host, the customer services, I was treated with dignity and respect.
I enjoyed the amount of space provided in my aparthotel. I also enjoyed the luxury set-up in the bathroom, closet and other spaces of the apartment.
Also, the location is very convenient for accessing grocery stores, restaurant, fast-food centers and boutiques nearby.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I look forward to repeating my stay there at the next time I visit Abidjan.
