Excellent friendly hostel, good wifi for working.
Pros:

This hostel was one of the better ones I stayed at in El Salvador. A bit pricey but possibly worth it because of the well stocked kitchen, pool, plenty of toilets, and accessibility. I arrived early, and made myself at home. And once the receptionist arrived she checked me in. Super sweet people, including the employees.
I would recommend it.

Cons:

The only thing I recommend is a little maintenance as there were some leaks.

Nett aber würde nicht wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Garten Anlage mit den Hängematten und Palmen

Cons:

Diese Volunteers und deren Energie, alle ziehen sie eine Fresse nach der anderen. Null Interaktion mit den Gästen. Keiner der Wöchentlichen Aktivitäten hat stattgefunden.
Die lokale Putzkraft hat mehr mit einem gesprochen als der Rest. Schade um die schöne Anlage. Wenn wirklich selbst einfach ruhig chillen willst ist das bestimmt ein guter Ort. Ist auch noch abgelegen….

lot of potential but lack of maintenance
Pros:

Beach front, lots of space to chill and relax, comfy and private bunk beds with great AC, nice entertainment room, 2$ away from Libertad (Uber), extremely cool places around it to enjoy a fancy meal and night vibes, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Little tienda around and the veggie/fruit truck passing in the morning in front, you can get most of what you need to prepare meals.

Cons:

For us it was the general maintenance of the place. It has such a great potential only if it was taken care of.. which it doesn't seem to be. Simple tuning up of the terrace... DAILY cleaning of the bathroom is nothing less than mandatory, unfortunately it wasn't. Over 20 people living with 2 bathrooms inside and surrounded by beach sand, it goes quickly.
We booked because of the pool but it's greenness unfortunately turned us off.

Great value for money
Pros:

The location was great, right at the beach, the perfect spot to just relax. Especially the outdoor area was very well designed, with plenty hammocks and a pool.
Large kitchen with 2 big fridges and plenty storage for food. And free coffee! That part was the biggest surprise to me, waking up to a pot of coffee!
The location was great, surrounded by other small hotels and a few locals, there was not much noise and possibilities to shop for food close by. Pupusas were sold just around the corner, which were still reasonably priced.
Staff was always present and approachable, although I was never really sure on who worked there and who was a guest.

Cons:

The mattresses weren't great and kinda worn down so I kept rolling to one side of the bed.
The lockers did not work. Luckily the place was very save but still, no space to lock away valuables.
Travelling with big suitcases was a problem as well, as they did not fit into the storage under the bed and had to stand around in the room, and the space under the bed is basically wasted.

The best travel

La experiencia fue lo mejor, personas cálidas desde la recepción hasta todos los huéspedes, ame la buena vibra y que todos me trataron con respeto y cariño, sin duda volvería a ir.

Hängematten unter Palmen
Pros:

Schönes Hostel direkt am Meer mit vielen Hängematten unter Palmen. Allgemein sind die Aufenthaltsbereiche und der Pool alle sehr schön angelegt. Es gibt eine große und saubere Küche und einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Schlafsaal ist angenehm klein mit 4 Betten und es gibt AC.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind extrem durchgelegen. Der Strand ist nicht geeignet zum Schwimmen.

Séjour agréable. Belles rencontres, surf, et sunset quotidiens!
Pros:

Spot paradisiaque! Belle piscine, cuisine bien équipée, situé sur le bord de la mer donc facile pour aller surfer, dortoir confortable, ambiance sociale mais pas party. C'était super!

Cons:

Nous avions choisi cet endroit principalement pour le yoga quotidien. Mais la prof de yoga est partie le jour de notre arrivée, et il n’y a pas eu de cours pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (10 jours). Les managers n’ont pas été très proactives pour régler la situation ou offrir une compensation.

L’évier de la cuisine aurait également besoin d’être réparé, car l’eau s’écoule mal, ce qui le rend sale avec plein de résidus de nourriture.

De plus, il n’y a pas assez de planches de surf pour tous les clients, alors que ça s'appelle "Sunset surf villa"... J’ai donc dû louer la mienne à El Tunco, à environ 10 minutes en bus.

Pros:

The location staff and garden wonderful.

Cons:

The room a big disappointment. First of all I booked in a dorm for 4 it was for 5 and the ac was not working and leaking. There were problems of mould in the room and stains on wall.

Pros:

Le spot est super (la piscine, les hamacs...). La plage devant l'hostel est géniale, immense et très pratique pour ceux qui veulent apprendre à surfer (personne à l'eau). Possibilité d'aller facilement au supermarché (15 min à pieds) et super pupusas dans le quartier.

Cons:

Chambres un peu petites mais c'était ok
