Hotel Finca Campo Bello

Everyone is very friendly and provide an outstanding service. Downside: the hotel do not honor what they offer. Our cabin didn't have wifi and they refused to provide the free breakfast offered.

Todo muy bonito, lo único es que falta capacitar al personal al momento del check out, ya que me fueron a buscar al parqueo cuando ya nos ibamos, para decirme que había ensuiado una toalla con un poquito maquillaje fácil. Las toallas son para eso para ensuciarse, y como hoteleros deberían de saber que ese material al meterse en la lavadora sale, así que no dejó de ser un poco incomodo que me fueran a buscar para decirme esa tontería. Definitivamente falta capacitación tanto al que llega hacer la limpieza a la habitación y que avisó a recepción, como al de recepción para manejar mejores criterios.

I had a bad experience. The place was hot inside and we couldn't open the windows there were no screens in the window. Also, when it start raining, we got so much water inside the place. Even my little girl she fell down.

Beautiful view of the volcano! They had a good restaurant on property and good hiking trails and offered tours to the volcano. It is a hidden gem for sure.

The water in the bathroom and kitchen did not drain and it was brown. I could not shower due to the unsanitary conditions and the room smelled horrible because of the water drainage problem. I would never stay here again. Very unsatisfied with this stay. Kindly requesting a refund. I have pictures of proof.

The room was very dirty and the service was horrible. We arrived at 5pm so had no choice, we slept with our clothes on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Also, tour hours listed on their schedule are not accurate and they change them on the spot. Again, bad experience and really disappointed that I brought my family here.

Such a beautiful location and friendly staff. You can see Izalco from so many places on the property and we are walking distance to a tour of Santa Ana. The food and the view!!! Our room was very comfortable. The wifi was terrible which made it difficult to connect with family at home.

Beautiful scenery and area, but the wifi didn't work due to being so high up and secluded. There wasn’t any ac either, honestly didn’t need with the cool temperatures. Lastly the unit where we stayed had water leaks when it rained

If you have mobility issues do NOT stay at this hotel. To get to your room you have to go down stone stairs on a hill, to get out of it you have to climb all those stairs up. There is no wi-fi and no phone signal. Their restaurant is also down the hill with no access other than the stairs. The service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Took over 40 min to get a simple breakfast. Only one server for all the tables. The door to my room did not lock. I paid for two nights ended up staying only one. When checking out the guy at the reception did not even care to ask why I was leaving early. Instead he was trying to sell me coffee.

Beautiful place

The igloos were very unique. The view of the volcanos was mesmerizing and the staff were very sweet. The restaurant had delicious food as well.
