Peaceful retreat and great staff!
Pros:

The views from this hotel are phenomenal. The beds were also one of the most comfortable. And the staff were so kind and helpful throughout the stay. I also loved that we could get every meal as room service and the staff communicated well throughout. Also the pool was amazing, a perfect peaceful location to start or end a trip in El Salvador (or stay the whole time if you just want peace).

The air condition went off it was hot also they brought the breakfast first instead of the drinks was sitting there waiting for the drink for 10 minutes after we got the food

Beautiful views of the lake on a gorgeous property.
Pros:

Location, location, location - not the easiest place to get to, but no regrets once we found it. The balcony of the hills and lake took our breath away. We loved our morning coffee watching the hawks soar around the property. The view from the room was spectacular. The benches were very helpful for keeping luggage off the floor. Loved the bathtub overlooking the hillside.

Cons:

We found the coffee maker next to a wall with no electricity, so we had to rearrange things. A few more outlets would have been helpful. That round chair thing - why? Fun for kids outside, useless for adults (especially older adults) on the inside.

El Lugar perfecto para hospedarse y comer.
Pros:

La habitación con el espacio necesario para el descanso y con esa vista al lago Expectacular, el detalle de poner la bienvenida en una hoja con mi nombre en ella es gratificante, el clima fabuloso, el personal amable, dispuestos a ayudar, tratan con mucha elegancia y respeto, la comida más que fantástica, insuperable realmente… me llevo una de mis mejores experiencias de estancia de este hotel y restaurante, Tres Piedras es ahora uno de mis lugares favoritos… Si no tienes problemas para caminar Lo recomiendo 100%. 😎. Genial-Fantástico.

Très belle vue sur le lac. Nous avions la chambre 12. Près de la piscine. Très confortable.

Excelente lugar para conectar con la naturaleza
Pros:

Las instalaciones son hermosas! Valencia mucho la pena por la vista, el personal es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Las almohadas son demasiado altas, amanecimos con dolor de cuello y en una de las camas el colchon se hundía.

Lugar ideal con la naturaleza.
Pros:

El trato de todo el personal estuvo excelente - gente muy atenta y siempre con una disposición extraordinaria y siempre con muchas ganas de dar su mejor servicio - la vista desde las habitaciones son fantásticas y la ubicación del hotel demasiado buena por todo el entorno de sus al rededores.

Cons:

No tengo nada de quejas ya que todo a mi gusto estuvo muy bueno.
Aunque ahora que me acuerdo en la parte del restaurante tuvieron faltantes en dos días del jugo de naranja natural
