The property was clean, great service, backup electricity, very attentive and polite staff and cozy environment. This is definitely a place I am visiting when next I am in Limbe.
The gym is a little old and unfunctional…. some work around there will be great.

The entire experience was great... except, the lift stopped working a few minutes after we got there; and we were at the top floor!!! Other than that, from the hotel porter to the front desk staff and the security personnel, the constant greeting from the cleaning ladies whenever we met in the hallway, the staff at the restaurant during our breakfast, very polite ... 👌👌👌 4,5⭐️/5
The location for this hotel is amazing. Limbe is an extraordinary city with very welcoming people. The hotel has views of the mountains and is within easy reach (taxi or a walk) of many interesting places.
The staff were warm and welcoming and happy to help with any requests.
The wifi in the quiet airconditioned lounge on the ground floor was a perfect place for online calls between events.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
Misleading Information: Staff falsely advertised a daily breakfast buffet. When we arrived, we were told it depends on guest numbers, and another staff member said it only runs on weekends. Very inconsistent and dishonest.
Poor Service: Kitchen staff were rude and unprofessional. One staff member began clearing our table without checking if we were finished.
Overpriced & Misleading Booking: I booked a room for two with breakfast included, only to be told breakfast was for one person. I had to escalate to the manager to get it extended to both guests.
Deceptive Booking Claim: Despite being told the hotel was fully booked, only the first and maybe second floor seemed operational. Clearly misleading.
Outdated Facilities: The gym is old and poorly equipped.
Lack of Maintenance: The pool area is unkempt and not properly maintained.
Power Issues: We were called around midday and informed they needed to shut off the generator because it had been running all morning — very unprofessional.
AC Problems: The air conditioning doesn’t work properly, especially during hot weather, making the stay uncomfortable.
More False Promises: The hotel listed a long list of amenities (e.g., sea view, mountain view, minibar, microwave, executive lounge access, soundproofing, etc.) — but many of them were simply not available. Totally misleading.

Noise, nonstop loud music throughout the property throughout my entire stay. I couldn’t sleep
I traveled to Limbe from Buea only to find out my room was not available and they didn’t have any availability. My family and I traveled all the way back to Buea because there was nothing available near by. Worst experience ever. They told us to come back between 12-1 the following day and we did only for the room not to be ready until 3. Brunch started late, but had a great variety and the food was nice. When we wanted to pay with a card we were informed the POS doesn’t work. When I wanted to pay cash USD they gave a low exchange rate because they knew everywhere was closed (Monday no movement). So I had to call a relative to do MOMO. Overall, didn’t like my stay and wouldn’t come back.
The property is well kept, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
