Hotel de la Poste

Avevo prenotato per la mia ragazza un paio di giorni di relax in questa struttura con piscina grande
all' aperto e colazione, ma l'hotel , senza specificarlo chiaramente durante la prenotazione, ha riservato la stanza nella loro struttura secondaria più obsoleta e senza la piscina grande all' aperto come invece mostrato nelle foto.

Attention. C’est tres mal expliqué sur Hotels.com. Mais en fait les 3 gammes de prix correspondent a 3 hotels différents. En effet l’annexé plutot low cost (c’est celui que nous avions pris) et du coup c’est tres limite. Le moyen de gamme est le nouvel hotel de la Poste que nous ne pouvons pas juger mais qui semblait beaucoup mieux. Nous y avons mangé le soir et pris le petit déjeuner et c'etait correct. Et le prix plus cher n’est pas du tout a Diego mais sur la plage de Ramena. Pareil on ne peut pas donner d’avis. Donc privilégier le prix milieu de gamme qui sera de l’hôtel refait avec une belle piscine. Celle de l’annexe sert d’écoulement de certaines clim.

A mon arrivée, on a voulu m'envoyer à un hôtel autre que l'Hôtel de la Poste. J'ai dû refuser et partir à la recherche d'un autre lieu pour mon séjour.

Du coup, j'ai annulé ma deuxième réservation qui était prévue quelques jours après.

J'ai aimé tout particulièrement la vue sur mer depuis ma chambre.
Par ailleurs, il serait mieux d'améliorer les services.

Nous étions à l'hôtel de la poste à Ramena,nous avons été globalement déçu du service du personnel... Ils n'expliquent rien à notre arrivé, personnels totalement perdu et trop occupé à se faire les cheveux où à dormir... Horaires petit dej pas toujours respecté... niveau propreté il faut penser à leur demander de faire le ménage et leur donner la clé...beaucoup de calcaire ce qui fait que la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement, sinon ça reste propre... Sinon le cadre est top, plage à deux pas. Restaurant pas top.

Accueil très sympathique, belle chambre avec vue sur la baie de Diego.

We arrived after a very long day of travelling to discover they could not find our reservation. It took a very long time but eventually we were given a room on the 3rd floor to be told the lifts did not work. I have some health issues so this was not ideal for me but we didnt have a choice. I have to say the staff were all very nice and friendly and very accomodating. The negatives for me was the bed was very hard didnt sleep too good for the 3 nights and doors are so heavy when people shut them was very loud all in all not a very restful sleeping experience. Also the swimming pool was very slimy on the bottom , needed cleaning we were slipping around couldnt walk on it.

For anyone traveling to Diego this hotel is ideal due to its location and the quality of the property and its staff.

Hotel de la Poste is one of the 2 best hotels in the city. The hotel is old, with many problems, and needs renovation.
The huge rooms, sea view, and helpful and smiling staff are on the plus side.
On the downside, the nightly rate is 330000 MGA (£60). An excessive amount for a room that is old, with problems in the bathroom and sinks, with incomplete wifi, no change of towels and sheets daily, and no smart TV so that some tourist can watch their programs and not the jokes they have chosen. For £60/day I can have a 5-star hotel in Spain or a very decent and clean hotel by the sea on a Greek island.
Also negative is the swimming pool which is dirty and you are disgusted when you enter it, the expensive dishes in the restaurant, and the kitchen which has no quality regarding the price.
I suggest the hotel to review their policy in every area and refurbish it if they want to ask for this money

1.、スタッフは皆ホスピタリティに溢れゲストの滞在を快適にしようとしている。その点は好印象。
2、朝食ビュッフェは美味しい。
3、部屋の清掃はモップで床を拭かないため砂塵や小さなゴミが床中に広がり裸足で歩くと足裏が凄く汚れる。
4、エアコンと冷蔵庫の効きが弱い。
5、町外れに位置して近くにレストランが殆ど無くとても不便。
6、ロビー前のプール付近で毎晩遅く(22:00)まで騒がしく、Diegoでは通常早朝5時出発のため良く眠れない。
