Nous avons passé un mois dans cet établissement et franchement, c’était une super expérience du début à la fin. L’hôtel est à la fois très chaleureux et très professionnel, on s’y sent vite à l’aise comme à la maison.
Le personnel est vraiment au top : toujours disponible, souriant et attentionné, ça fait toute la différence. On sent qu’il y a une vraie volonté de bien faire et de prendre soin des clients.
Tout s’est très bien passé durant notre séjour, rien à redire. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour nos prochains passages, les yeux fermés.

Fuerza en su recuperación Toamasina ❤️🙏🏽
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel siempre permanecieron ordenadas y limpias. La habitación asignada en triple acomodación fue amplia y con salida al balcón. El baño igualmente era amplio y estuvo limpio. Lamentamos profundamente los impactos causados por el ciclón Gezani a inicios de febrero 2026 y esperamos que no se encuentren muy afectados. Un saludo fraternal a Ustedes y todo el pueblo de Toamasina 🙏🏽 Fuerza en su recuperación ✊🏽

Únicamente reciben pago con tarjetas VISA. Por su parte, el restaurante solo recibe pago en efectivo.

Bonne literie. Personnel très agréable.
La patronne des lieux a même passée du temps pour nous arranger le trajet et la réservation du bateau pour l’ile Sainte-Marie car ceci n’est pas vraiment très simple.

Après un démarrage "difficile" les premiers temps, cet hotel su trouver un rythme de croisière. La gérante Mme Célestine et sont équipe, sont tjrs antousiasme et à l'écoute de la clientèle. Établissement a recommander. .

Very warm, helpful staff! Most of them. Really made me feel welcome, despite the language barrier. The rooms were adequate but clean. Good Wifi. Hot water, strong pressure! Beautiful view from the balcony. Really weird owner(s). They just sat around starting at me. Especially in the restaurant. Food here isn't great. Restaurant closes at random in the evening. Owner plus restaurant issues lead me to just eat elsewhere in town. Excellent laundry service. Overall I enjoyed my stay! Very nice and affordable! Warm, attentive staff but food is often good or available.
