Pros:

It’s so clean!! I’ve seen clean places, but this place is CLEAN! The food was amazing. The service was so great. The late night female receptionist, the bartender Steve, and the server Flauro were all so amazing. They will go above and beyond for you. They made me feel like I was home. I enjoyed every single dish I had here. The food is so flavorful and fresh. Definitely gonna come back soon!

I regret to inform you that my experience on the first day of my stay was highly disappointing due to the behavior of the receptionist. From the very beginning, his attitude was unprofessional and not in line with the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. He told us not to walk on the parquet floor in a manner that was neither courteous nor appropriate.

Furthermore, he failed to provide clear and accurate information regarding the prices of lunch and dinner. When we received the bill, we discovered that the charges were significantly higher than what had initially been communicated. To make matters worse, he came into the restaurant and addressed us in an unacceptable manner in front of other staff members, which was both humiliating and disrespectful.

He also promised to assist us in obtaining a SIM card, but this never happened, leaving us without internet access for two days. Additionally, when we sought assistance in exchanging money, he provided no support at all.

This series of incidents not only ruined our first day but also left us with a very negative impression of the service quality at your establishment. I strongly believe that such behavior is not acceptable in a luxury hotel and should be addressed accordingly

Proximité de la plage et la piscine en hauteur

Cons:

La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien nous n’avons pas eu de télé pendant tout le séjour la poussière des travaux sur notre terrasse manque d’hygiène sur les serviettes de piscine et de douche .
La 2ème piscine n’est pas praticable
Manque de choix de plat au restaurant

Cons:

El método de pago. Te cobran un 5% de comisión por pagar con tarjeta ( ningún restaurante de Nosy Be aplica comisiones) y cuidado si decides pagar en cash porque te incluyen el % de comisión “sin querer”. El tipo de cambio cogen “el del día” (nunca hemos visto esos tipos de cambio que aplican)

El transfer al aeropuerto lo ponen a 35€ mientras que lo normal son 15€-20€

Las instalaciones están muy bien, pero da la sensación que no hay nadie alojado. El restaurante caro y por la noche apenas se ocupan 3 mesas. Es un hotel frío

La qualité du service de restauration et bien évidemment le cadre. Une Vue terre et mer ! Un établissement idéale pour apprécier la beauté de Nosy Be.

Cons:

L accès à l hôtel. Il est assez situé dans les hauteurs et la chaussée est remplie de nid de poule. Nous avions eu de la chance aucun de nos chauffeurs n a refusé de nous amener jusqu'à en haut de la pente.

Pros:

L’hôtel est confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On a bien profité du jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Il ne faut pas s’attendre à avoir de grands espaces, on se sent un peu à l’étroit.

Nice boutique hotel with breathtaking views
Pros:

Wonderful views indeed, very nice and helpful staff, good restaurant, nice touches in the suites. Comfortable beds. Ideal for a short stay.

Cons:

The location made it that is there is nowhere to walk to. We needed either a taxi or a Tuktuk to go anywhere. For either of these I would suggest to ask the hotel to organise it and agree for a price beforehand, otherwise all drivers will increase the price. The hotel rents its own cars as well.
The work in the hotel is quite noisy. The card surcharge should be added here.
