Nous avons tout aimé : la vue sublime, la salle de sport, le spa vraiment exceptionnel et le restaurant, tout simplement terriblement délicieux. Un immense bravo également à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son attention et son professionnalisme.

Un très bel endroit où tout est réuni pour passer un séjour parfait. Merci pour ces merveilleux moments, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Un très beau séjour avec une vue magnifique
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé en hauteur, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins, de la réception au restaurant, sans oublier l’équipe d’entretien.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, et nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant Manga Beach, directement sur la plage, où nous avons très bien mangé.

Cons:

Seul bémol : la climatisation de notre chambre était extrêmement bruyante. Certaines nuits, on avait presque l’impression que le toit allait nous tomber dessus

Décevant via le restaurant qui n'est plus comme à l'ouverture. remettez- vous en question .

L'endroit et la vue.

Cons:

Problème avec les toilettes depuis la première nuit et résolu a moitié, car le même souci le lendemain.
Pour un 4 étoiles c'est vraiment dommage de faire les choses a moitié et surtout au vu du prix de la chambre.

Good location, nice looking not managed well.

The hotel service - was not nice!
They made problem to switch money
When they agreed they gave us very bad rate I.e. the rate for all money exchange is 1 euro to 4600 Ar, the hotel gave us 4300 Ar. for 1 Euro. Asking them for advise for attraction was useless they gave us huge rates.

This is not a 5 star hotel treatment !!

Facility-wise
Main door lock in one of suites was broken, they had to call external fixing people 2 times and wasted a lot of my time.

The marble in the floor in one of the suites' bathroom was not straight and the door was not able to open fully that's probably due bad plumming. It felt like they say its our problem.

Cons:

Nulla di grave (tranne forse il fatto che mi sia caduto il soffine della doccia quasi in testa); una serie di piccole cose (attesa nell'avere i teli nell'area piscina, dimenticanza di tappetini doccia e asciugamani dopo aver rifatto la stanza, su 4 volte che abbiamo mangiato in hotel 3 avevano finito quello che avevamo ordinato e alcuni camerieri seppur gentilissimi non parlano inglese, informazioni non proprio precise sulle escursioni) che non dovrebbero accadere in un 5 stelle..e che quindi non mi fanno dare una valutazione molto alta

Personnel au petit soin et avec le sourire
La direction de l’hôtel nous a mis à l’aise tout au long du séjour.
La vue est magique
Possibilité d’avoir un chauffeur privé pour nous déposer au restaurant de l’hôtel sans frais supplémentaires ( mon petit coup de cœur)

Cons:

L’hôtel est très bien situé
Néanmoins l’accès devrait être éclairé le soir pour permettre de sortir en toute sécurité
